I have purchased two vehicles from this dealership and...

I have purchased two vehicles from this dealership and had all my service work done there. I had been very happy with them up until November 30th of last year. I left my vehicle for an oil change of which I had an appointment. Went shopping and didn’t hear anything for almost three hours. Returned and was told I needed brake work. I told them I would wait and schedule that later. It took another hour to get my car back. I sent an email to the general manager the next day and am still waiting for a response. I later noticed what looks like a cigarette burn in my seat.

I called and left a message on Mr Meyers phone over two weeks ago and I still have not heard back from him. Since he did not respond to my email or phone call I can only feel that he really doesn’t care about the awful experience I had at this dealership.

Clint Gage is a top notch salesman! He knows my high standards and goes beyond the extra mile to ensure the attention to detail is always there. My favorite story of Clint's aim to please: I'd noticed a gum wrapper lodged between the dash and the windshield before purchasing a used vehicle. Clint wrote up the details for customer satisfaction before sending the vehicle to detailing. When I arrived to look over the car, Clint saw the gum wrapper was still there and immediately headed to find a tool that would grasp it and he promptly removed it. That assured me he pays attention to details and he exceeded my expectations. He's a gem of a great guy and earned my admiration and trust! We've also purchased a couple of new vehicles from him. Repeat business!!!

Treated with respect. Every question answered. We were not informed of a mandatory key replacement insurance until reviewing the final purchase order We would have opted out, but were not allowed to. Therefore Lexus of Maplewood get 4/5.

Excellent service department. Mike was patient and easy...

Excellent service department. Mike was patient and easy to work with on complex diagnostic problems. They worked on it until they solved the problem. The previous service shop had told me it was going to cost me $10K for a new inverter, but your diagnostics guys confered with Lexus engineers, solved the problem and the bill was $180.00 Wow! That was a great surprise!!!!
