I had excellent service from the service technicians.

I had excellent service from the service technicians. The service advisor, Gabriella, I wasn't impressed with. She wouldn't answer my calls if I left a message. She also didn't let me know that the service wasn't done in 3 days time. I had to call and talk with others to find out I would need a loaner so I could get to work that 3rd day. I gave Gabriella my work number to call and let me know if my car would be done that 3rd day. I also told her my work hours. She never called. I called when I returned from work, and learned from some one else that my car was just getting done. After a short appointment, I was finally able to get my car. Please be sure Gabriella gets more training in customer service. I work in customer service, and would never treat a client the way I was treated.

Excellent service by Juan and Ryan Nelson

Juan made buying a car very ease and Ryan did an excellent job finding financing for us. Job well done by both of the people I worked with. Also, Ryan assented in getting my rental back to eEnterprise car dealership.

Great Experience working with Taylor, Bryan, and Ben

Great Experience working with Taylor, Bryan, and Ben purchasing a pre-owned 2021 Traverse. Taylor and Bryan answered all of my questions and made sure I was getting what i needed and wanted in my new vehicle. Ben made the paperwork process as fast and easy as possible. Highly Reccomend!

Extremely poor customer service.

Extremely poor customer service. Service tech broke seat molding and tried to blame it on us. Service mgr said he'd replace it at least but no discount for inconvenience because I signed the sheet to agree to pay for services. He continues to say I can't prove that they broke it. xxx! Agree to pay yes for service, but the fact they would offer zero compensation for inconvenience and the "that's fine I don't care if you leave a bad review" by the gal that checked me out. Part was $110 cost according to their paperwork but $340 to me. They could have at least given the oil change and rotation complimentary to show some remorse. Save yourself the headache and avoid this family of dealerships. Very poor experience. Not even an apology was given. Apparently this behavior is acceptable at the dealership and Chevrolet to allow such an experience and those behaviors. The only positive was at drop off by the service advisor.

Just bought a 2024 Chevy Trax from Jack Poppler and Jack

Just bought a 2024 Chevy Trax from Jack Poppler and Jack makes sure you get what you want. Jack even went as far as to give me a ride from dropping off my old car so I didn’t have to leave it. Very satisfied with everything. Highly recommend!

Buyer beware

My impression is that they'll say anything to get a customer to come in. I found a used car that I was interested in and contacted the dealer to schedule an appointment to test drive. Then I was contacted learn that the car wasn't quite ready to drive, but I should still come in to drive it. Over the course of the following week, the story changed again and again from a reschedule a few days later and eventually I got a salesman to admit that the car had severe issues that they were unlikely to resolve. This kind of issue and lack of communication between service and sales give me cause to avoid this dealership completely in any potential sale.

Found a truck online and inquired about it's

Found a truck online and inquired about it's availability. Dealership returned quickly with a call at 10am to set up an appointment to view truck. Set it for the following day. At 7:30 pm I get another call saying they were going to check and make sure it would be available. Then 5 minutes later I get a call saying the truck is not at the dealership but in transit so I can't check it out. Meanwhile being I live 200 miles away I had lined up taking the day off of work and booked a motel room closer already so I could make my 9am appointment. If this is the customer service they provide waiting 9 1/2 hours to tell me the truck isn't there, how can I trust them ever in the future with my business!!
