Brought my Explorer in for an AC problem.

Brought my Explorer in for an AC problem. Abby wrote me up and sent it off to the shop, and before I knew it she was letting me know it was done! Fast service at a fair price, and they even addressed a recall I didn't even know about! I will be back :)

Tevin was a great salesman, allowed negotiation over the phone, and made the process painless. However, the sales manager tried to sneak in additional fees after he had signed a deal on paper. Classic stealership techniques I guess

Katlynn was great to deal with. She told me what to expect and then emailed me the invoice to review when completed. My vehicle was out front waiting when I arrived to pick it up.

I went in for a routine service on a 10-year-old Ford

I went in for a routine service on a 10-year-old Ford Escape (oil change, etc.). This was performed in a reasonable amount of time and at a reasonable cost. The service advisor was very personable, and there was no pushy upsell.

I bought my truck back in November, they were great from

I bought my truck back in November, they were great from start to finish. Had an accident after Christmas, they repaired it like new. This time was a warranty fix. This group was on top of it.

The young buck who helped me out was great—five stars!

The young buck who helped me out was great—five stars! Very knowledgeable, outgoing, and knows how to treat customers. He’ll make a great manager one day. Now, onto the issue. Whoever worked on my truck really got to me. They rotated my tires, but it seems they didn’t check the PSI. When rotating tires, the PSI needs to be adjusted—mine were at 80 PSI in the back and 60 in the front, meaning the front ones should have been deflated after the rotation. That wasn’t done. The worst part? My hubcaps weren’t put on correctly. I have photos to prove it. If I hadn’t stopped and checked, you guys would be replacing caps on my F-350. That made me feel pretty uneasy driving two hours home. I’m not from Phoenix, but this experience makes me wonder—if these simple tasks weren’t done right, how well was my diesel oil change and filter service handled? Were all the bolts on my tires tightened properly? And before discounts, the total was $511. Totally unacceptable. Thanks to the young Man who helped me took care of the coupons for me and some inconvenience Credit. Because I dropped off my truck at 4:30 and I didn’t get it until you guys closed the dealership
