I came into Jim Ellis Toyota on Wednesday Jan 8th and had the pleasure of being helped by Leon Poole. Leon found the Camary that I was interested in and explained all the features to me after we test drove it. He took the time to listen to what I needed to make the deal happen. Greg Webster went all out to put all the financial pieces in place for me to be comfortable with the deal. I would like to thank both of them for their efforts to make it happen. William Mason finished up the paperwork and explained everything to me and helped me get the right deal on a gap policy. What a great experience it was. I will be back and tell everyone I know to go see Leon for their next Toyota. Sincerely, Tim D’Orazio

Had a 9am appointment for oil change and tire rotation....

Had a 9am appointment for oil change and tire rotation. Tires could not be rotated and only got oil change and still waited nearly 3 hours. What’s the benefit of going there with an appointment and not receiving the service requested?

Fast and friendly

I received email reminders about my 25k service being due, was able to schedule my appointment online and the work was done before the time I was told to expect. Everyone I dealt with was friendly and efficient.

Very professional and high quality service center

Dana was very knowledgeable and kept me informed with the status of my vehicle while I waited for the service to be completed. I highly recommend this Dealership. This is my 4th 4-Runner and I only have them serviced at Toyota McDonough.

I had an appointment to have tires rotated . It took 3 hours with an appointment. I stood to be acknowledged about 10 minutes I was very disappointed as this was my first visit.
