My buying experience at Ciocca Toyota was great. My salesperson was kind and very informative and went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable with my purchase. I highly recommend Ciocca Toyota to anyone in the market for a vehicle!

Not a pleasant experience
Hate to pile on, but I was looking for a particular vehicle and saw one on their website. I am looking to buy ASAP but their chat service was just terrible. I'll look elsewhere even though they may have the vehicle...and when it is very difficult to find what you want. Total turn off with the customer service. I get the average ratings now. Thought I would give them a shot anyway. Lesson learned.

I miss Fairfield Toyota
Definitely down hill since Farifield was bought out by Ciocco. The days of Fairfield for fair deals is long gone. There is no DEALS at all anymore its take it or leave it pricing now. Works im sure in big cities but not rural central PA. Luckily the selingsgrove Toyota dealer was very helpful. I recommend hiring a NEW sales manager at this location at once.

Deceived and cheated from buying car
I am writing to make a complaint against Ciocca Toyota of Williamsport regarding our recent experience. We purchased from and maintained our 2019 Toyota Highlander with them for the last 3 years. The car recently got flooded during the Hurricane Ida disaster and had to be totaled. We returned to Ciocca Toyota for a new car since we had a reasonable experience with them when our car was purchased in the summer of 2018. In late September 2021, my husband was at the dealership and discussed with the salesman (Matthew L.) about purchasing a new 2022 Toyota Highlander in order to replace our totaled car. Thereafter, my husband and I returned on October 20 and 23, 2021 with the intent to finalize the purchase price with the salesman. During both visits, we went through the routine submission of our drive licenses. On October 23, 2021, we had an extensive discussion and negotiation with the aforementioned salesman and his manager on duty (Haykel A.) about the purchase price and how that was the "final price" that they can sell it. We eventually settled on the said purchase price. My husband gave his credit card to the salesman in order to pay for the requested good faith deposit amount. A few minutes later, the salesman returned and stated that they cannot sell the car to us at the agreed upon purchase price since we were not going to be financing the car with Toyota. We were taken aback because we were very clear (from the start) that we had our own finance company. Although everything was discussed extensively in the presence of the two, they never stated that the stipulation would be financing with Toyota. We contacted Ciocca headquarters within a few days of the incident and there have been no responses from any representative. We were deceived, baited and cheated from obtaining the car despite our previous relationship with the dealer and the extensive negotiation. This is a deceitful, dishonest and unacceptable practice and potential customers must be made aware.

Bad business practices. Go elsewhere.
Go anywhere else where they're honest. This dealer Make promises they do not keep. Will never shop there again and recommend same for everyone else.

Two fuel pumps in 2 years
We bought our 2012 Sienna used from Fairfield. It’s had around 55k miles. We were taking the family to DC for a vacation and the van stopped running around Harrisburg. Luckily we were able to coast to the side of the road. When we called the local Toyota dealer they could t get us in until the following week (this was a Thursday) . We had reservations. A schedule. A vacation. We were able to get the van fixed at the Mienke on Jonestown road by Saturday morning. It set us back around 1500. Well, fast forwards two years later and the fuel pump has once again failed us. We had to get a tow this time. We were about an hour from home. Ciocca had the van for a month and a half. Once they finally were able to diagnose the issue, it was a fuel pump. So I push back, obviously, who wouldn’t? Ciocca tells me to contact Toyota directly. Because it’s not under warranty they are unwilling to do anything. Well, I take that back they are willing to stick it to the consumer. Some things are beyond just a ‘this isn’t under warranty’ it’s just the right thing to do. I have heard all the ‘good things’ about Toyota. Well, my experiences are anything but good.

Terrible dealership.
After speaking with online saleswoman Anna Brown , Ana appointment was set up to view the vehicle. I was politely asked by Anna to contact them if I could not make it as they were going to make sure the truck was ready for me when I came. I arrived after a two hour drive with a blank check in hand to purchase the vehicle. I was told by Anna to ask for Nick Cook who would be waiting for me. Upon arrival, Nick was too busy to even speak to me and sent out another salesman who had know knowledge of the vehicle or me coming to see it. After 20 minutes of the Salesman trying to locate the vehicle he found that it was sold. The hustle of trying to sell me a more expensive vehicle began immediately . Classic bait and switch. No courtesy to call and let me know the vehicle I was coming to buy was sold. The con men hustler salesman must think everyone is so dumb that they just need them in the door to rip them off. This dealership should be ashamed. Absolutely terrible.
