Mel was very transparent about prices and helped to get the lowest possible interest rates. Wally was very helpful in the inspection processes, and when the car was purchased he filled the tank up. My only complaint was some cosmetic issues, but they discounted the car as best as they could.

Excellent service with Wally and the rest of crew. Very professional and had all the answers to my question. He is always on his feet and get the job done in a timely manner.

The finance and sales team did an amazing job on helping me purchase 2009 Volkswagen Passat in amazing condition. Majority of their vehicles have low miles on them, which is a good sign! They look after their customer after purchase and provide great warranty packages!

Why haven’t they been shut down? The experience and communication is absolutely horrible!! I should have done my research before giving these people my money!! I regret ever doing so and should have jumped ship when my gut first told me to! I live in CT and decided to purchase a car and have it delivered which has been a headache to say the least! The communication is close to nonexistent, several staff are rude from the finance department to delivery driver etc. it doesn’t even seem like any of them like their jobs or really care. It makes no sense!!! I have never been through anything so sketchy!!

I bought a Toyota Solara in 10/22. They sold me a car with broken parts in the motor. They have false advertising as stated in their website “Every vehicle in our inventory has passed a rigorous multi-point inspection and has been carefully detailed”. The car was over priced. They sold me a car at $11,799 and when I wanted to sell it to them they offered $6,000 for the same car. Precise Automotive Group have a Scam sale process, where they lie to prospective buyers into buying used cars that end up being sold for half the price they initially sold it as. BUYERS BEWARE!!

The vehicle was great and the price was rock bottom. We looked at a lot of BMW's and everyone else wanted a lot more money for much less of a vehicle. I highly recommend Precise Automotive Group for your next vehicle!

Hands down the worst experience of my life shopping for a car. Wally was great answered all our questions. We were looking at a Hyundia Ioniq for my son's first car. Web list price. 12,899. great deal. Worked with Wally for a couple of days. Went to buy the vehicle and dealt with Mel Doudzai. Finance Manager that does not no nothing other than lie. I asked what was all included in the Processing fee. of 899.00 all he could tell me was for delivery and wash. its manatory he has to charge it. NOT true. According to VAAD. When asked to explain he told me he is not forcing me to buy the car and avoided me all together. I explained that I would be filing a complant with the Federal Trade Commission on misleading practices false advertisement. Said he gave us a 400 dollar discount. another lie as I have both his worksheets where it was only 100.00 NOW it made me give them 1 star..

Doesn't look like a traditional dealership at all. I was shocked that they wouldn't at least fix the obvious mechanical issues with the truck or reduce to the price.
