Beware!

The previous reviews say it all. I read them before purchasing and should’ve listened but I was very interested in the car they were selling. In over 30 years of buying vehicles, this is by far the worst experience I’ve ever had. I would have to write a novel to detail the whole experience. The main issue was they mistakenly charged me Virginia sales tax as I live in New York and Virginia’s not reciprocal and I had to pay the full tax in New York. I’ve now been waiting over two months for my reimbursement from the state of Virginia. They accept no responsibility at the dealership level. The car itself was a shambles when I received it and there were items I discovered (outside of the five day return window) such a cigarette burn holes, a smell which never went away, Engine lights coming on, etc. I no longer own this vehicle after only having had it for 30 days - I got rid of it. Totally ruined me from ever buying another car through the Internet from out of state. Don’t make the same mistake I did, no matter how much you like the car or the deal.

My very worst experience with a dealership !

Poor communication, poor service, I went for a test drive. The car obviously was not ready and there was a problem with the roof and trunk. Nobody was able to explain what is the problem and what I should do . I waited and waited. Total silence. I asked the person at the desk. He told me to look for another car. Finally I called an Uber and went back to DC My worst experience with a dealership ! And it costed me 110 dollars round trip with Uber.

Buyer beware

Poor communication and the car they claimed was available wasn't even on the lot. They tried to bait and switch us after we drove over 100 miles. Stay clear of this place and their shady practices.

Bought the car, delivered and 3 months later they still

Bought the car, delivered and 3 months later they still don't have a title for this car. Ask if title is in hand before buying. I want the title or a complete refund. They bought the car in NJ from Car Max and Car Max doesn't have the title either. 3 months now trying to get the title and now have the DMV involved..beware before buying and make sure title is in hand

Horrible customer service

Looked at the google reviews, thought this dealership was the one. Nope. Put in an inquiry for a 2009 Civic, never got a response back. No texts, no emails, no calls. Few days later, car is no longer on their website and others. Then I get an email from Precise stating I “disappeared”. I definitely will disappear now and look at other dealerships that actually have existent customer service.

Never called me back on my inquiry.

Never called me back on my inquiry. When I called them they told me they'd rather auction the car off rather than negotiate on price with me.

I was extremely interested in this car but NO ONE got

I was extremely interested in this car but NO ONE got back to my attempts to reach you / the buyer, other than the generic 'a sales rep will get back you' replies. I eventually gave up and assumed the car was no longer available. Then, a week later I got an email with a 'where did you go, Denise?' stating the car was still available. My husband called immediately upon receipt of the email, thrilled and ready to pay cash, but when he did was informed the car was sold over the weekend. Very unhappy with the whole customer service, lack of response and misinformation. Very poor rating.
