I had been searching the internet for a very specific

I had been searching the internet for a very specific (color & options) MB E450 convertible. I found exactly what I was searching for at Rolls-Royce /Bentley Palm Beach and sent an e-mail request for more information. Ishmail Merritt – Client Advisor quickly reached out to me to introduce himself and get additional background on my questions. The car was a trade-in for a Bentley Convertible and he provided me with all the background information that he had at hand. I had other questions which he had to research and was extremely responsive in a very professional and friendly manner to answer all my questions. I have purchased many cars over the years from different dealers and Ismail was hands-down the best salesman I ever worked with. I purchased the car and could not be happier with the car and the purchasing process. It was a pleasure.

My client advisor Ishmail Merritt at Braman Rolls-Royce is the finest auto salesperson that I have ever had the pleasure of working with. He knows everything about the autos that he sells and is always quick with a response to questions. I just purchased my own Bentley after purchasing one for my spouse earlier this year. My wife and I have had only positive experiences from working with Ishmail , who continues to help us even after each purchase has been completed and that is quite rare. I would highly recommend anyone working with Ishmail and look forward to many more years working together.

My experience with my client advisor, Ishmail Merritt at Braman Rolls-Royce West Palm Beach was excellent. From the start of my inquiry to the actual purchase of my car, Ishmail was very professional, and he made the process hassle free. The whole process went smoothly for a car purchase. His staff were great, including Turk Ozer, the finance manager. I would highly recommend this dealership!

When it comes to buying a new car there is no other place

When it comes to buying a new car there is no other place I think of but Braman Rolls Royce in West PB. Within the past five months me and my boyfriend have purchased not one, but four cars. Ishmail takes excellent care of us, making each experience as flawless as the first. We have bought tons of cars and dealt with tons of sales people over the years. Ishmail Merritt was an outstanding sale rep for Rolls

Ishmail Merritt was an outstanding sale rep for Rolls Royce. He made the process extraordinarily smooth and simple. We bought two cars from him the same day and came back a week later for a 3rd car. The sales manager was helpful in getting everything in order for delivery. An overall remarkable experience.

Terrible experience!

Avoid Braman at all costs. Went in to build a new Wraith and couldn’t get anyone to help me (despite having an appointment with David Banner). Nearly an hour passed before I decided to take my business elsewhere.

I had high hopes for Braman — but this was truly THE MOST...

I had high hopes for Braman — but this was truly THE MOST atrocious experience I’ve EVER had at any car dealership. If you are looking to purchase a car, I STRONGLY urge that you purchase from anywhere but Braman. Again, it’s such a shame as I had high hopes for this dealership. Both Bill Richter and Patricia Rennie were extremely helpful, courteous and efficient when my current Rolls Royce needed to be brought in for an emissions recall. Despite briefly being left without a loaner car, Bill & Patricia very quickly rectified the issue and had one sent over a few hours later. In my mind, all is well that ends well. I was so pleased with their service that I even asked Bill if he would refer me to someone in sales so that I can order another car. That’s where David Banner came along and everything went sour. Arriving on time for my appointment, we met and I was told he’d be right back. Nearly an hour later I was still sitting and waiting — so I left. Much to my surprise, I never heard from David or anyone from the dealership again. To say that I am extremely disappointed would be an understatement. If it isn’t already abundantly clear, my review has everything to do with my experience at Braman and zero to do with Rolls Royce. Save yourself the wasted time, energy and frustration — buy yours anywhere but Braman. It is quite obvious that both my business & my time aren’t valued at Braman, so I’ll be bringing my business elsewhere and spending my time being open, honest and vocal about my experience here.
