My name is Gerald Prazych. My wife and I purchased a 2024 Lexus RX. Suddenly for no reason our phones started getting messages like…… ‘ Front door unlocked when it wasn’t. Rear doors unlocked when they really weren’t. Rear hatch unlocked when it wasn’t. We’ve gotten these messages probably 100’s of times. We drove down to MotorWorld to meet with Derek Nowak the IT guy. I had my car serviced at MotorWorld Lexus on May 13, 2026, and I truly cannot say enough good things about the experience. As many of us do, I have had a lot on my mind lately, and the entire service team made the process incredibly easy and stress-free. Joel, along with service writers Mike, Collin, and Helen, were all wonderful to work with, professional, kind, efficient, and accommodating with my work schedule for both drop-off and pick-up. Juan, the technician, provided an excellent video walk-around of my vehicle and clearly explained everything going on with my car, which I really appreciated. To top it all off, after getting home, I realized I had accidentally left my garage door opener and EZ Pass in the loaner vehicle. Helen immediately gathered my items and even stayed at the dealership until I was able to return and retrieve them. The Lexus service team consistently goes above and beyond, and experiences like this remind me exactly why I drive a Lexus and continue to service my vehicle with MotorWorld Lexus. Lexus 2025 RX350h certified with very low miles brought us into the dealership a week ago. The salesman Steven Estrella was fantastic to work with.
