Don’t Waste Your Time Here

If I could give 0 stars I would. I bought a used Tiguan from them in 2020. I started having a problem with the sunroof leaking a week ago. When I brought my car in they told me the "spider traps" were still present in the drains and got push into the lines causing debris to build up. They informed me I was to have scheduled maintenance on the my sunroof and the traps should have been removed by now. When I questioned why they didn't remove the traps before I bought my USED car from them they skirted the issue. The staff is disrespected and patronizing. They do not communicate well and I was constantly chasing them for information. DO NOT GO HERE. On top of it all, their prices are FAR too high for everything. When I asked how much an alignment would be on my car they said $400. xxx? Go anywhere else.

While I appreciate your very direct feedback, in this case, we disagree with your statement. You purchased your vehicle from us, and have not returned for any of the VW required services since your purchase almost 3 years ago. If those services were performed elsewhere, I would contact that shop and inquire about the sunroof drain cleaning history. We verified that your water leak was caused by very clogged sunroof drains due for service in 2022. If your vehicle had been brought in for us to perform that drain cleaning last year, I don’t believe you would have had any issues with water leaking. This was explained to you in detail and I feel that both the technician through his video and the advisor, communicated this effectively. My previous email response to you was very detailed. While I’d prefer to have a mutual understanding of the scenario, I wish you the best and am happy to help you or discuss further. Josh Mack- Service Manager- 860-793-4668

Wholesale customer

I bought a used 2014 Subaru forester from them at a reasonable price. They gave me all the paper work. No problem at the DMV. Gianni Ibraimov was very helpful he explained the terms of sale and any issues, got the car ready for me to pick up five stars.

Defective injectors

I love my atlas but now have discovered that it has faulty injectors. In less than 2 years on a BRAND NEW atlas, I have broken down due to 2 failures and stuck on side of road. SOS not working. Unfortunately after some research I found there are bad batches of injectors in the atlas and some tiguans. I have been told only the bad ones that caused the breakdown for me would only be replaced. The others are working but I’m sure will fail eventually as these two did. A bad batch is a bad batch. I bought a new car to be able to feel safe that I could go anywhere and do my job. I drive as a traveling nurse to care for people. I drive to other states as well like Maine and Mass. This vehicle is no longer dependable and I don’t feel confident driving it any distance as I will never know when the next injector will fail and misfire and I will be stuck on the side of the road again. I had great buying experience with this dealership and their staff but now unsure how much they really care about customer safety by refusing to make my vehicle safe and dependable by not replacing parts they know are defective to prevent ANOTHER recurrence . Being stuck on the side of the road is scary anytime but in rural areas is even worse and with the rising crime is even scarier. So disappointed and shocked by the disregard for the consumer in this situation. Thank you to Betty in service dept who is very good at taking my calls and trying to help me within her means.

I had a very pleasant experience with Connor Jason when I visited the dealership last week. He was so knowledgeable and direct with when I had questions about the new functions on the Tiguan. I'm still deciding but I will definitely work with Connor when the time comes. Thank you Connor!!

I would not and will not recommend this place to n

Went to look for vehicle for my son did not have enough money on me to purchase on spot said I would be back tomorrow associate said can't guarantee car would be here suggested a deposit to hold gave him a 100$ and thought I was ok to pick up car next day. Went down next day didn't see car in spot? Went inside said was here to pick up my vehicle and was told it was sold! I said I had deposit on it to hold it for today according to them I had 24 HRS to pickup car which WAS NOT TOLD TO ME AND HERES THE THING I WAS THERE AT 11 AM DAY BEFORE TIME NOW IS 1 PM 26 HRS REALLY AND CARS GONE ,BS! I asked for my refund back and I was leaving I was then hit with another shocker I lost my refund by 2 hrs which was NEVER TOLD TO ME I HAD 24 HRS place is no good I'm pissed my son CHRISTIAN is very disappointed it's gonna be his first car 🚗 just shady business I know that car did not get sold 2 hrs before I got here and to then keep my deposit to HOLD CAR and was not refunded is horrible

She answered all my questions and concerns promptly and I couldn’t ask for a better car shopping experience! Never buy from here

Awful service. Unfriendly receptionist staff. Sales rep didnt bother to call me so I always had to check in with them. They cant even get the title for the car together to sell the vehicle. Do not waste your time or energy.
