Andy did a good job explaining what the shop found wrong with my 2500 Ram. How long the repair was going to take to take and kept in touch with me. Had some warranty work and he made sure that was taken care as well. Outline the upcoming maintenance. The shop did a good job. Andy, you forgot to give me a car wash ticket, I’ll be back to pick it up.

Always a great shop with great HONEST staff, came in for a headlight bulb replacement but ended up trading in my 2020 Bighorn for 2021 Ram Limited, and it was the deal of lifetime!!! I’ve been going to Harper Ram since I got my truck in 2020. I’ve always pulled into the main service area for routine maintenance. This time I was told I had to take it out of the parking lot up the hill to another building. That then took 15 minutes to get help and get ready to drop off and leave. My ride spent 20 minutes waiting on me when I’m usually in and out in 5. Next they tried to totally take advantage of me. I was quoted $720 to replace rotors and pads on the front. Yes $720. On top of that they wanted $290 to flush and fill the brake fluid. To top it off they wanted $520 to replace my battery which I’m having zero issues with. I declined all these extras and found parts for the brake work for $220 and someone else who installed them for $100 (in an hour). It’s crazy to think they could have done it in less than an hour and were trying to charge that much. Next a battery with more CCA and life than the one they tried to sell me was $210 at a parts store - installed. I will continue to do routine oil changes there but never will they touch anything not covered by warranty. That’s just robbery.
