Refuse to honor their oil changes for life
This dealership sold me a 20 15 Ram last year at their Chevy used car lot. They said that it had oil changes for life. And a Lifetime powertrain warranty. They refuse to honor their oil changes for life and forced me to pay for an oil change. I was unable to talk to my sales manager or his boss. Not a good way to do business. I will never buy another vehicle from them again.

Corey was so helpful and not pushy like most. Worked with getting the price down to where I was happy. Corey gave me a full run down on all the features of the new truck. Overall it was such an easy, laid back purchase with no hassle thanks to Corey. They have my loyalty from now on

Service dept.
I have only dealt with the service dept, no experience with sales or parts. I took my car in for routine service and as I was paying I noticed the wrong weight oil was used. Chevrolet released a new oil recommendation, I requested the new oil be used. I was just going to ask that they make a note for next time. Instead they offered to drain the oil and use the new oil. 30 minutes later all done. Everyone makes mistakes, it was nice to see them step up like that.

PROMISED AUTO DETAIL
JACOB MAYRHOFER IS IS VERY PROFFESSIONAL AND PLEASANT TO DO BUSINESS WITH. MY WIFE AND I BOUGHT A 2016 CHEVROLET SILVERADO 2500. IT IS AN EXCELLENT TRUCK. LOW MILES AND EXCELLENT WORKING CONDITION. THE TRUCK JUST CAME IN TO THE DEALERSHIP SO IT WAS VERY DIRTY BUT JACOB GAVE MY WIFE HIS PERSONAL CELL PHONE NUMBER AND STATED TO BRING THE VEHICLE IN TO THE SHOP AND THEY WOULD DO THE DETAIL NO PROBLEM.
