Awful. Shop Somewhere Else!

I am very unhappy with the service I have received at Sunset Chevrolet. All I am looking for is exactly the truck I have, only two years newer. To be offered $8,500 for a 2004 and then be quoted $30,000-$40,000 for 2006's, most of which were not the luxury model like mine is, that is absolutely asinine. I can't imagine how you get anyone to fall for a deal like that. You have lost mine and my husband's business, which is unfortunate for you. After we found a truck we would be looking for a new Jeep around the first of the year. I will also tell all of my friends and family about this unpleasant experience and encourage them to shop elsewhere. When I hear the name Sunset Chevrolet the only thing that will come to mind is this awful experience and how much of a financial scam Sunset is. Sunset is not the only dealership that gives warranty's and free life time oil changes, in fact I am receiving this from the dodge dealership I am purchasing my new truck from. Sunset has the WORST customer service I have yet to deal with. Sunsets' ad's portray this positive demeanor, but that is far from what I experienced, Sunset's values and morals are a scam. Sunset enjoys cheating people out of their hard-earned money.

Great customer service

Justin listened to my needs in a vehicle and he went up and beyond the call of duty not once did in feel rushed or pressured to purchase a car! He put me in car that I needed which was financially fisable and most of all a safe car for me and my son! I look forward to sending business your way Justin! My son and I love our 2015 Chevy Cruze!

regular oil change

Great service, questions answered, one can get there car washed, which is great when your busy. Also they even vacuum the front out, I really enjoyed that.Thanks.

Excellent service from Sunset Chev

Dave and Matt (in finance) were very helpful to my wife and I while we were shopping for a new Chevy. We had previously owned a 2002 Impala, but now with just the two of us, we were looking for something smaller and David showed us the new Cruze. Great car and great service.

Great Experience All The Way Around

We just got our 2015 Chevy Colorado that we ordered 5 weeks ago. It is wonderful and our salesman Sean was great, I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for purchase a car. Great Service

Some basic service needed to be done with replacement of a worn part and take care of a recall notice, Transmission service, oil change, turn signal assembly replacement and air bag recall for wiring that was getting chafed. All done in one day and done right the first time.
