My entire experience here was fantastic.

My entire experience here was fantastic. The salesman ( Corey ) was great, no pressure, and straightforward. Kept me informed on the status of when my vehicle would arrive, nice! Financing was the same. Would recommend this dealership to anyone, very satisfied!

On the plus side, Sunset had just the used van i was

On the plus side, Sunset had just the used van i was looking for. But things got a little tacky as the deal progressed. Sunset touts their lifetime linited power-train warranty. But when i asked for the percentage of claims fulfilled, crickets. So I am left to assume the claim fulfillment rate is too low to publish and that like others have found, this is largely just a marketing line. To Sunset's credit, they did repair some body work, but the sales person did not alert me to this damage before i drove 2.5 hours to view the van. Then when I arrived to close the deal and retrieve the van, my salesman, despite committing to be there, was nowhere to be found. He had essentially ghosted me after I put down a deposit. The final insult was that i was handed only a single key to the van. This was a high-end, late-model van bought at a preimium price and Sunset couldn't see its way to providing a second set of keys. Tacky. So my take is, if you can't find what you're looking for anywhere else, Sunset will do. But if you can get the same vehicle elsewhere, you should do so.

Can't beat this dealership for Service. Both professional and friendly. We bought our 2005 Silverado 3500 truck at Sunset and have always had it serviced here. Exceptionally Happy!
