worse customer service I have ever had at a dealership.

worse customer service I have ever had at a dealership. dropped off my vehicle Monday morning 8:30 am and the service rep verified my phone number and told me that when it was diagnosed, they would call to update me. I also received a text telling me that I would be updated via text. So on Thursday afternoon after hearing nothing, I texted via this link I had received and asking for an update. after no response by friday Noon, I called the service rep which went to his voice mail, I left a short message explaining that i was inquiring about my vehicle since they had not contacted me like i was told they would. then after 2:00 pm on friday i received a call explaining that my car was ready for pickup anytime, and had been ready on thursday. The message that the rep left for me also stated that he had called my call and left a voice mail. I checked my incoming calls and voice mails, and they had never called my phone number that they verified as correct. so, by 2:00 pm on friday it was too late for me to arrange transportation to the dealership that day, and Monday was memorial day and the service was closed, so i was without my vehicle until tuesday morning. when i arrived to pick up my vehicle, i was presented with a $1,300.00 bill to pay, which should have been presented to our fleet vehicle management company. It was semi quickly taken care of, i was given my keys, and no mention of sorry for the misunderstanding of payment, no mention of sorry for the lack of communication. I do not believe I will ever use Shea Chevrolet again and I will make sure I tell all of my family & friends of this horrendous service I received.

Stephen King could write a novel on this rust belt bucket novelty place. One character, the off-spring of Lusifer, gatherer of souls. OK, I mean sales rep was nicer to me than my wife who was the purchaser. He must like men big men with tattoos. Enchantress financial manger appeared to be the gate keeper of pain medication. Yes, she is old and sorceress looker. That shoukd have been my sign to......... RUN NOW! For if you want mix-up in unforseen solicited emails sent to others in your releam of life, looking for new souls vice the one they have taken, then come on down to Shea. Remember, have have been warned, just Sheaing 😈

Scheduled oil change took 2 hrs to complete!

Scheduled oil change took 2 hrs to complete! Wasnt offered a ride home or and discounts on future services. Just a apology because they were short staffed.
