It was a great experience.

It was a great experience. Now days it is hard to find a focus on customer service. Connie Glavin's knowledge and customer focus is top notch. She is awesome and very professional. She took good care of us. She took us through every aspect of our new purchase, showed us around the dealership and explained how we will be benefiting in the future doing business with Shea. I was referred to Connie by Matt Jury (Manger on the Mega used lot). I was considering buying a similar used, low milage vehicle. I asked Matt to get me some comparisons on buying new. He did so without hesitation and when I decided to buy new, put me in great hands with Connie. I have bought over 30 vehicles throughout the years through Matt. He always takes great care of me. Whether someone is looking for a new or used vehicle, I would highly recommend the Shea Auto Group and seeking out Connie or Matt.

Michael Banks and Monique Smith are a great team. Together, they kept it real and exceeded my expectations, allowing me to walk out of the dealership with new car on the same day I visited. I expected to browse and test drive but have to come back to complete the process another day. Thank you, so much!

See above, again I say excellent service ready earlier than promised a reasonable cost, and outstanding dealership service experience. Too many demands for information you?re looking for. Have I reached my 25 word requirement yet? This process here is ridiculous. Have a blessed day. Get a better website or questionnaire.

worse customer service I have ever had at a dealership.

worse customer service I have ever had at a dealership. dropped off my vehicle Monday morning 8:30 am and the service rep verified my phone number and told me that when it was diagnosed, they would call to update me. I also received a text telling me that I would be updated via text. So on Thursday afternoon after hearing nothing, I texted via this link I had received and asking for an update. after no response by friday Noon, I called the service rep which went to his voice mail, I left a short message explaining that i was inquiring about my vehicle since they had not contacted me like i was told they would. then after 2:00 pm on friday i received a call explaining that my car was ready for pickup anytime, and had been ready on thursday. The message that the rep left for me also stated that he had called my call and left a voice mail. I checked my incoming calls and voice mails, and they had never called my phone number that they verified as correct. so, by 2:00 pm on friday it was too late for me to arrange transportation to the dealership that day, and Monday was memorial day and the service was closed, so i was without my vehicle until tuesday morning. when i arrived to pick up my vehicle, i was presented with a $1,300.00 bill to pay, which should have been presented to our fleet vehicle management company. It was semi quickly taken care of, i was given my keys, and no mention of sorry for the misunderstanding of payment, no mention of sorry for the lack of communication. I do not believe I will ever use Shea Chevrolet again and I will make sure I tell all of my family & friends of this horrendous service I received.

Scheduled oil change took 2 hrs to complete!

Scheduled oil change took 2 hrs to complete! Wasnt offered a ride home or and discounts on future services. Just a apology because they were short staffed.
