Found the van on line on Sunday, Monday at about 11:00 A.M. monday mike called to follow up with me. By 12:00 I was at the dealer test driving van. Then we agreed on a deal with very agreeabie terms. I left to take the car I was in home and when my wife and myself got back all paperwork was complete all we had to do was sign. less than 20 mins. we were on our way with our van for our business. Will definately use HENNESSY again.

I have never been treated in the manner that I was by Mr....
I have never been treated in the manner that I was by Mr. Ron Geraci at Hennessy of Southlake. Ron exceeded all expectations. I first spoke with Ron about the possible purchase of a Mazda Miata for myself in September. But I went with a used one instead. Then my son, a Senior at Gatlinburg Pittman High School in Gatlinburg TN. got offered an academic scholarship. I had promised him for as long as I can remember, that if he achieved gaining a scholarship, I would purchase him a new car. In my first encounter with Mr. Geraci, he beat all dealers here in the Knoxville TN area by thousands on the potential purchase of a car when I was looking for myself, so I knew when my son got a 33 on his ACT and we started getting phone calls, letters and offers for his academic scholarship, I would contact Mr. Geraci again. Just as expected Hennessy beat all Knoxville TN. Dealers, but this time, not by just a couple of thousands, by over 7 Thousand Dollars. Mr. Geraci gave me his best price right up front. I did shop around, and the only thing I found close to the price was a 2011 model with 20k+ miles. All I can say is if you want an no haggle up front person to deal with and get a great deal on a new car, call Ron Geraci at Hennessy of Southlake. No one came close to his price, and I found him to be of the highest integrity in dealing with. Never in my 52 years have I had such a great experience buying a new car. I am not only a proud father of a wonderful young man, I can now say that I was made to feel as a long time friend by Ron at Hennessy. If you want to haggle, look around and get jerked around, don’t shop at Hennessy. The sales staff there is the most honest, up front people I have ever dealt with in making a new care purchase. I will be back again, Lord willing and buy again from Mr. Ron Geraci. Ron is of such high integrity that when I was going to pay cash at closing, he called me and told me not to because if I financed for a few months I would save an additional $1,500.00 through the Mazda Loyalty program. Who does that? Ron Geraci does, thats who. Thanks Ron, your the best in the business!

There was no pressure whatsoever and he made me feel very comfortable. I felt so comfortable that I brought my wife back that evening to purchase the vehicle. The opportunity to work with Hennessy once again has proven again to be a very rewarding experience. Thanks to the knowledge and experience of Ron Geraci. The leasing of my new car was a pleasant experience. I can understand why Hennessy continues to be a successful dealership. It's reputation and motivated employees make it the best Mazda dealership.

I moved to this area in the late 90's bringing with me 2 GM cars. I tried several dealerships in the area at least one time before going to Hennessy. I have stayed with Hennessy ever since because of the service I receive there. I have purchased 6 cars from this dealership since 2001 and they have serviced all of them. They will always keep me informed of the status of my car and if it takes longer then expected I am notified. The staff at this Dealership is always professional and considerate. I am always greeted with a smile and called by name. If I have a emergency they understand and help me to get in and out as fast as possible. The staff at this Dealership always make me feel like I am a part of the family. I have recommended the Dealership several times and sent other family members there as well. I will highly recommend this Dealership to anyone looking for service or a place to purchase another auto.

We knew that we were going to have a great experience at Hennessy right after we were introduced to Ron Geraci. He was such a pleasant person that even our conversation outside of the "deal" was entertaining. He made us feel like we were old friends and wasn't trying to make us buy anything. After making the deal, we also experienced great customer service from other employees at Hennessy. We were in and out of the dealership in no time and they even spent time with me to show me the gadgets of the car. We had one of the best car buying experiences we've ever had and love our new car.

I bought a Cadillac CTS Coupe from another dealer in your area some months back. That car was totaled in a bad accident. When I look back at the purchase I should have followed my gut and bought from Mike at that time. But, I bought the other car and lets say they were not very appreciative of the relationship. Now, I needed a replace of that car and the first thought I had was Mike Novotny. We reconnected and the experience was great, to say the least. When my girl friend and I arrived we were treated with dignity and respect by all. The car was ready, the paper work was ready, the rental drop off was arranged, and everything was smooth and without problem or issue. I have talked about the experience every time I show the car to someone. When we left the dealership I was very very happy. The quality of the people and the treatment was second to non and Mike was not only a good salesman but, I hope a new friend.. Wonderful car and wonderful experience in purchasing car..
