I came into this dealership largely after searching...

I came into this dealership largely after searching online for the best deal on a 2012 Toyota Yaris. One thing that I value very much about their business was that the prices on all of the cars on the lot include their dealer fee in the advertised price. And even after adding that cost, these cars all seem to be the cheapest in town. Getting to the dealership itself-- they have a playground outside for the kids and free play arcade machines in the lobby as well (I probably played them for a little too long). My sales representative Flavio is one of the nicest guys around and I would recommend him to anyone looking to buy a car. He's professional and perhaps more importantly to me, he was very conversational. He didn't try to be super slick or upsell me on anything. He was just a good guy in general. I will definitely be coming back (hopefully not anytime too soon) to buy from Flavio at Hennessy again.

We knew what we wanted and we got just that; a good...

We knew what we wanted and we got just that; a good vehicle, for a good price, without a lot of haggle or confusion. Ron Geraci et. al. provided just that. We were in and out with our new Acadia in 3 hours. It actually would have been sooner but it took a while for the drive off prep (car wash, oil change, etc.) to be done (even then the staff made sure we were comfortable during the wait). Overall, great job!

I was shocked that I had such a great experience. No...

I was shocked that I had such a great experience. No nonsense no games. The price was the lowest (I checked all over the country) for that particular model in the US. They still reduced it by $700 to make the deal. I really appreciated the smooth transaction. I would recommend this dealership to everyone.

Like most people, I do not like dealing with car...

Like most people, I do not like dealing with car salesman. But Ron "G" changed that around for me. He made buying a new car simple and a pleasure. He is friendly and I believe to be a very honest man. I would say come here first and talk to Ron. See what he can do for you. He will treat you like family!

Mike Reyes is one of the best sales guys I have...

Mike Reyes is one of the best sales guys I have encountered. He keep the deal going and kept trying to get at the price I needed and succeeded. I highly recommend this dealership. I will more than likely buy again from them. They are professional and very fair. They want your business and try hard at getting it.

I had a great buying experience with Ron Geraci at...

I had a great buying experience with Ron Geraci at Hennesy of Southlake GMC. He at no time pressured me into purchasing my new truck. The dealership had a very family friendly environment. I would highly recommend visiting this dealership and seeing Ron if you are in the market for purchasing a new vehicle.

An extended "THANK YOU". I drove 4 1/2...

An extended "THANK YOU". I drove 4 1/2 hours, from Tuscaloosa, Alabama to Morrow, GA, to check out and possibly make the purchase of a 2011 CTS Coupe, that I had viewed on-line. Mr. Jim Hitchcock, my Sales Consultant, was ready when I arrived. He was professional, helpful, polite as was all the staff I came in contact with. Jim even did a follow up e-Mail to see how I and the car was doing after the sale. That's top-notch customer service. Again, THANK YOU. I also want to thank Mr. Mike Brantley, my Business Manager in financing, for his professional efforts to get me close to the needed interest rate and monthly payment. I appreciate the professional customer service extended by Hennessy's staff. And I would highly recommend Hennessy Mazda Buick GMC and particularly Mr. Jim Hitchcock and Mr. Mike Brantley to anyone in need for an auto. I feel like I was treated fairly, given a fair price, and interest rate. To-date we really like and we are enjoying the car. Thank you, Charles E. Jones

Worst customer service and at salesman

After contacting the sales team for an online vehicle ad I spent hours and days just to get simple answers about vehicle etc. After giving them my info and waiting days with no response or return phone calls I was told the vehicle sold. I have never worked with car salesman that had no knowledge of the buying process. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. Buyer beware.

Kevin was great working on finding a car that I wanted....

Kevin was great working on finding a car that I wanted. He called two weeks later to let me know that the car was there. Kevin attended to all the details of the car even ensuring that the car had a new battery and newly washed! The dealership even called to setup a free trail subscription to XM radio. Everyone was very professional and made sure that I got the best financial deal and extended warranty to fit my needs. I gave my boss Kevin's business card when she commented on my car and where did I get it. Hope Kevin hears from her, because he will find her the best car and the dealership will find the best financial deal too.
