Take Chevy financial services or suffer through our punishme
All forms were given to me on a thumb drive. when I reviewed them my Title application had no lienholder on it despite the letter I gave Chevy from my lender stating this very information. When I eventually called and tried to get this changed I was told don't worry and call back Monday. Even though I had emailed in the morning I needed it today for my lender.

Alright
Staff was very nice, very welcoming to me and my son. Only thing is service is overpriced and when I left the car was still in bad shape. I dont known what to do. Staff was very professional, thanks for that. But I wish my car was given a bit more attention. I was there since 6am and left at 1pm. With all that time and still left with an unsafe car with an infant.

I waited a long time only to be told that what I thought was
They didn’t fix the problem after I sat there for an hour and a half and they told me it would cost $300 to fix what was wrong but didnt explain why it was not covered under a warranty .The car is less then 3 years old .

Great service
The service from this dealership has given me great attention and service to my vehicle for the past few years. It's always a pleasure of bringing my vehicle there when I have a problem. I drop my vehicle off on off hour and the next day i was promptly a early call in the morning what is wrong with my vehicle. The service was done and i was able to pick up my vehicle early that afternoon.

Extremely Poor Experience and Customer Service
I brought my car in because AC was not blowing cold midmorning. I was told by service advisor that they would have to look at it to determine the length of repair that was covered by warranty. I stated that if the car could not be ready by close of business, I would like to take it and bring it back another day because I needed the car the following morning. The advisor said they couldnt tell until it was looked at and she would call as soon as she knew. In addition, I was not offered a ride home and I had to ask for one. I was told they would call me as soon as they knew anything. All afternoon goes by and I did not hear from my service advisor. I assumed the car was being repaired and would be ready shortly. I called at 5pm to get status. Only cashier was available, my service advisor left for the day WITHOUT calling me and letting me know what was going on. The cashier called the sevice advisor and said it would be ready the following evening. She said a leak was found and parts had to be replaced. I made it very clear to the sevice advisor that I needed my car and if it wasnt going to be ready I would take it and bring it back another time. I was told.it would be looked and I would be called with information which never happened. I ended up picking up my car without the work getting done that evening. Th service advisor and service manager where unavailable when I picked up vehicle. I went back the next day to speak with service advisor, she was not there and the other advisors didnt care about the way I was treated. I tried to make an appointment which I was able to get in after waiting a few days. I did bring my car back and get work done. Original service advisor didnt care about what happened and didnt apologize for her poor customer service and poor communication. I have been to service in the past with no issues but this experience was unacceptable. It would have been fine if the service advisor was apologetic for dropping the ball and failing to communicate. Or even if they offered to pay a oil change. Instead I spent 2 long days at the service center and had a poor experience.

Excellent experience buying my dream car
From begining to end of purchasing my new car my experience was wonderful. Starting with Chanel who was the internet advisor. She returned all my calls in a timely manner without being annoying. She was instrumental in getting me the best price for my Corvette. From here I dealt with Jason who did all the rest. He went above and beyond with the delivery and explaining to me all the gadgets in my new car.. he even showed me how to use my phone. Last but not least Michael the manager who did not try and sell me anything I didnt need. Great experience at Chevrolet of Englewood

efficient, courteous
Had a slow leak in the right rear tire..They found i not only had one puncture but two. Addressed the issue effectively and were courteous.
