I visited this dealership based on a Carfax listing that showed a very good price. After driving an hour to get there, I was told the price included multiple discounts (dealer, military, student, and Nissan employee) and that I was only eligible for a $500 student discount, making the actual price $31,500 from 23,700 This deceptive pricing tactic felt like a blatant attempt to lure customers. To make matters worse, the staff was unprofessional and unhelpful. If I could, I would give them negative stars.

Sales guy Diego said he would call us the next day if they could meet our budget and he text us saying that he could - even telling texting us the breakdown of the drive out price after our down payment. We drove back up there and they wouldn't honor the texted price, and they jacked the price up after they found out we had our own financing! They also wouldn't let us talk to their financing department to verify their quoted payment options to see if their financing was better than what we had.

This dealership deserves zero stars. Bait and switch scam. The advertise a vehicle online at a fair price and then confirm your appointment and confirm it is available as you are on your way to see it. then they say it is sold once you get there. These people are a waste of time.

They will try to bait and switch you with a lower advertised price online. They will confirm your appointment and lie to you over the phone telling you the vehicle is there. Then when you arrive at the dealership 30 minutes later they say it is sold. I even inquired about the same vehicle under a different name several hours after I left the dealership to see if it was an honest mistake and they yet again confirmed that the car was still available and tried to set an appointment. So I know for sure it wasn't a mistake. It is a fake advertisement. Basic bait and switch scam.

The Dealers website prices are misleading, they advertise a certain price to pull you in but as soon as they present the numbers they are at least 10,000 dollars more than the website prices, pretty pathetic attitude just to lure the customers in.

This dealership deserves 0 stars. I called to ask about a 2024 Nissan Sentra and they told me they had it, yet when I got there they told me they sold the car 2days ago! This is ridiculous because I drive almost an hr away just to go see this vehicle. I didn’t know this was a truck car salesman do to get you in and try to sell you a different vehicle, because this needs to stop!!! Chasiddy still had the audacity to tell me it was still there after I called Upset on why she had lied to me and said yes they still had it yet I told her to stop lying since I had Just gone there and car wasn’t there!!!! Please don’t waste your time, ask for these salesman to waste their time instead and request a photo of the car and make sure that is still there.

I’ve asked them for pricing (Alexis Hernandez) multiple times and they keep giving me a shady runaround like a 1980s car sales tactic. They need to learn how to do clean business with n 2024. Probably their target audience is ill advised and under educated group of people who they can easily manipulate. This business practice is not sustainable and they’ll have to shut down this place soon.

They had a Titan I was interested in. Got there and was told the Mgr was driving it. Why the xxxx is he driving a vehicle listed for sale? Asked if I wanted his number, to say what? I did say since he was using it as his pov what was the mileage. Four thousand. FOUR THOUSAND?! I can a couple of hundred due to test drives but xxxx! Can you even legally list it as new anymore. Smoofus lost a new truck sale cause he didn't have sense enough to leave the merch on the lot and let a sale slip through his fingers. xxxx IDIOT!🤬

CHEATERS and LIERS! Do not deal with this dealership! They will cheat and lie to get you to go to the dealership, regardless what you agreed and ask you for more money. Don’t waste your time here.
