This will always be my first stop buying a new car

Fantastic car buying experience. I worked with Brandon the entire time and he was by far the best GM/salesmen/finance guy I have ever worked with. I bought a Lexus through them and the price was thousands cheaper than any where else in Western Washington that I could find. Auto 206 will definitely be my first stop whenever I need to buy a new car and would 100% recommend to anyone who is looking to buy or sell a car. A+

Ethical, easygoing, great dealership

Low pressure, very easy to work with. Small dealership. Great inventory and Dom was awesome to work with. No crazy, crooked salespeople. Very happy with my purchase of my used 2012 Pilot.

Excellent Dealership with no pressure. 206AUTO!!

I worked with Mr. Dom and he was fabulous! I told him I don’t do any bartering just get to the point and that he did. I went home thought about the deal next day. I went back up there and we boarded for one minute and he made it happen when I drove out of there in my, 2018 Cadillac XT five that was in excellent condition inside and out. I could not have wished for a better outcome. The reps and the dealers are experts. Fabulous to deal with.

Trash Luxury Vehicle

While the car buying experience was great, the car was not! I bought a high end luxury SUV from this dealership and come to find out, it is trash. After I purchased the car, I took it to a repair shop to see if there was anything that needed to be fix because it was a used car (not that old) and the first thing they asked “can you take the car back?” My eyes got as big as saucers! Apparently it had been in at least 2 accidents (which was not disclosed) and there was an oil leak. At first, the repair shop said we’ll monitor the leak, but some months later, the leak has turned into a $6K repair bill to replace valve cover gaskets. My car started smoking after a long highway drive and it started to smell like burned oil in the car every time I drove it. Like another review said, I can’t imagine that Auto 206’s repair shop didn’t know these issues before selling the vehicle. I should have known better from the Carfax when it said that the dealership where the car was originally purchased sent it to an auction where Auto 206 bought it. If the original car dealership didn’t want to sell it on their lot, that was a tell sign that something was wrong with it. I just thought that since it was a leased vehicle, the original car dealership didn’t want it.

I reached out and waited for them send me pics as the suv wasn’t at the dealership yet. I finally messaged them after they said they would send me pics after it was done being detailed. Couple days later requesting the pics again. they then sold it without any contact letting me know or sending me pictures after communicating with them for several days waiting for it to come in.

Easily the best used card dealership.

Awesome people, selection, and prices. They are a very honest used car dealership. I bought a car and noticed a leak in the power steering system, they had me bring it in diagnosed it and sent it to the shop to have repaired no questions asked. Thank you to everyone over there for the wonderful experience.

Caution when purchasing a car from this dealership the owner will lowball you and refer you to go to another dealership to get a buy bid, this would have been the second car I have purchased from this dealership the first car deal went bad when owner's son contacted me after purchasing the car about the remaining down payment which I had communicated with the office staff I would be dropping it off later that day which I had done the owners son came off very rude and stuffy he had no customer service skills. The owner drowned me in the first vehicle selling me the car for well over 120% of actual value and no keeping his end of the due bill by replacing a few items, I thought I would give them a second chance and see if they could work with me on getting me into another car with a reasonable downpayment and trade in value but I was wrong the owner was just after more money and I ask myself how could someone be like this and it is plan greed all he is after is your money and now I just want to spread the word about this greedy owner so no one else gets drowned and token advantage of by him. All he had to do was just give me a reasonable deal and trade in value but nope all he wants is money and not to build up relationships or repeat customers. Please go elsewhere and get a better deal!

Oh Andrew, I have personally worked with you to make you happy and that clearly hasn't happened. The first time you purchased a vehicle from us you came to us with a big problem, you owed twice the value of a Chrysler 200 that you had recently purchased from another dealer. We cut almost all of the profit out of the Cadillac we sold you to make your situation work with the bank. Of course in the end the negative equity from the Chrysler haunted you when you went to trade-in the Cadillac that you purchased from us. Despite the negative feedback in this review I believe you understood this situation and liked the service that you received from us which is why you came back for a "second chance." In December 2022 you contacted me to purchase a Tesla and trade in a current model year Volkswagen Jetta. Unfortunately you owed more on the Jetta than it cost when it was new. I spent hours reaching out to 4 different Volkswagen dealers on your behalf for wholesale buy bids in hopes of getting you top dollar for your trade-in. Ultimately, negotiations failed and you were not happy with the trade-in value that I could provide. As a last resort, I suggested you take the car to Carmax which is three blocks away from the dealership and see if they could pay you more. You responded with a long chain of angry an inappropriate text messages including a threat to leave a bad review. I strongly believe that my staff and I have been professional, accommodating and customer centric in our interactions and you have been rude and attempted to bully me. Great find in a previously owned and beautiful car

Your staff were pleasant and respectful and there was a calm, helpful atmosphere. All around it was a good experience. My salesperson gave me the information for this efficient purchase. Please thank him for a job well done. A low mileage Porsche Boxster convertible was exactly what I was looking for- in fact, it looked brand new. Awesome car.

Outstanding shopping experience

I have bought a few cars over the years, and only two dealerships provided me absolutely outstanding service. One is Auto206. I checked the car online and its carfax report, then was impressed by the line up in their inventory! I called Robert and after a brief, straightforward agreement, i made plane reservations and flew out from California to get my car from this dealership. They made sure I would have no hiccups driving my Audi TT back to California! Branko and their service crew also provided wonderful service above and beyond what I ever expected! This is a really great dealership!

The BEST. Hands down, bar none

Brandon was great to work with and the overall experience was fantastic. Very knowledge and really apply no pressure to the buyer to purchase. They want you to drive away happy with the car you are purchasing.
