The people were very friendly made me feel right at home.

The people were very friendly made me feel right at home. I was greeted at the door when I got there and I had one of the best presentations I think that I have ever had in all of my purchasing new vehicles. The young lady Mrs. Miss Robinson did a wonderful job my hats off to her

I found this dealership very easy to deal with. They were friendly during the buying process and also getting my truck serviced. It is always better to deal with local folks. I would definitely encourage others to shop with Legacy of Laurel...

Vehicle was not detailed prior to delivery.

Vehicle was not detailed prior to delivery. Truck was delivered in my absence . I did not have opportunity to inspect it. Found paint damage that I thought was bird droppings. Dealer only delivered 1 key and key fob. Additional key and fob run $350.00 - $500.00. Overall experience was nothing that would bring me back

I am sorry that you were not happy with the cleanliness of the vehicle. The Vehicle was washed for delivery before it was delivered over 100 miles to your home. Unfortunately, on used vehicles we are not always given 2 keys and the 2018 GMC 2500HD that you purchased only had one key. I do hope that the 2018 GMC 2500HD gives you many years of great service.
