Went in to get my truck serviced and instead traded

Went in to get my truck serviced and instead traded trucks. The young lady in the service department was awesome. They just unloaded the truck and I ask her about it. She actually had the keys in her hand and showed me the truck first. My salesman did a wonderful job and was easy to deal with. Finance man did a very good job. Very good service.

brought my truck for it's first oil change.

brought my truck for it's first oil change. Vehicle was serviced promptly and was told it had a recall, the oil change/tire rotation and the recall were completed in one hour. The employees in the service department were polite and informed me on the vehicle status

Was told had 3 years of OnStar incl but it’s only 3

Was told had 3 years of OnStar incl but it’s only 3 months. Was told rewards would take 24 hrs to see rewards from purchase in app. Several days later rewards arnt showing. Called GMC was told will take up to 14 days. Priceing for the Yukon was fair

This was a great buying experience!

This was a great buying experience! I came in from Pensacola Florida for my vehicle and the entire team was courteous and very helpful. There were no delays or issues. Highly recommend seeing them.
