A Service Technician checked me in and showed me the Customer Lounge where I could go to wait on my car. I was comfortable there while I waited on my car to e serviced. My car was washed and polished on the inside. It looked vey nice. I had a few scratches on my bumper, so I was provided with information to contact the Collision Center in Granbury. I went to Granbury the next day. The Technician was able to buff out the scratches. He was very efficient and nice. I wish you had a Collison Center in Weatherford. I did enjoy the drive to Granbury though,, I had not been down that way in a long time, so it was nice to see how the area is really growing.

Car battery was dead, and wasn't replaced before buying other than that great experience and will be back! Frank was very understanding and took care of my needs & wants for a car!

The service was great. There was no car wash available so that was a disappointment. This is the second time that the car wash wad not opetational

Fuel was EMPTY, Not low, but empty. I was very concerned about making it to the nearest station 10 miles away. Also car was not really clean. After agreeing on the deal and making a cc deposit, it took a week to get me the paperwork. Great car though.
