From the minute I walked in I was greeted with warm welcomes. Dean Saddler came over and asked a multitude of questions to help me decide which cars I would be interested in. Once I decided on the TLX, he set me up with Michael who was my sales consultant throughout the entire process. Michael answered every question I had about the vehicle during my test drive. Very knowledgeable and kind. Every individual I encountered was pleasant and positive. They worked with me to get my car within my desired budget and have followed up twice within my week of purchase to make sure my new 2017 is exactly what I had hoped it would be. I cannot express how amazing these individuals are to help me through a process I had not been through before. I highly recommend their services!!

A single woman couldn't ask for a better place to buy a car!
Luke McCrumb was very helpful. The dealership didn't have the car I came to look at, but Luke suggested other vehicles in my price range. I told him what I needed in a vehicle and he found it for me with no high pressure or used car salesman jargon. He was very straight forward and I was able to work out a price. Buying a car is such a grueling process especially for a single woman, but I had a great experience at Hendrick.

We think their service department is efficient and thorough. Their prices for extended care are fair. The saleswoman, Rebecca recognizes me and calls me by name whenever I come for service. The waiting area is comfortable and well stocked with refreshments. Bringing my car in for service is a pleasure.

What a Terrific Experience!
I have purchased over 10 Hondas from another dealer since I know the owner. I was hesitant to purchase from another dealership, especially a luxury line. Most dealerships ruin what should be a pleasant experience of getting a new car by haggling and keeping you there all day to make a few hundred dollars more. My experience at Hendrick Acura was nothing short of an A+. The salesperson, Don, was pleasant and helpful. I was not pressured to purchase add-ons by David, the finance manager. It took them longer to clean the car than to put the deal together. I highly recommend them!

Knowledgeable and Friendly
Don Smith was a pleasure to work with. Knowing what we were looking for, but knowing very little about the options and accessories on the vehicle, that is where Don showed that he is very knowledgeable about the products that he sells. Not once did he say that he needed to look up how to do something, he had the answer every time. Don and everyone else at the dealership was very friendly and made the whole process enjoyable.

Genuine and Honeat
Both out salesman Ben and sales manager David were awesome to work with. We traded in our truck for an Accord and they never lowballed us on our trade in. Our trade is what would've made or break the deal. And it definitely made the deal work. Finance guy David was nice as well and that part was a breeze. We will be back when we upgrade our other vehicle.

Over the top
From the time I stepped in the door till the time I left, I received respect from everyone. Sales and all so the service dept. are very friendly and helpful. They made you feel so Welcome and took care of all my needs with a smile. I purchased My 2016 MDX in Sept. of 2016. Never felt any pressure to purchase. Today returned for my first service. They are on top of there game, everything went smooth. Very Nice and Clean. The wait was short and comfortable.

After 30 years of avoiding salespeople at a car dealer
In sales myself I have avoided the car lot like most for over 30 years, but I found Don to be a listener, responder, and truly wanted the best car fit for me even if it was not in line with his sales goals for the week, month or whatever… plus a pleasure and helpful along the way. everyone should ask for him!
