We had a good experience at Hendrick Acura. We bought a used Niassan Maxima. They were very accommodating with us. We went in on a Sunday to drive the car, and when we had the deal done there was a wait for the finance office. They let us take the car home and come back on Tuesday to get all the paperwork done. Andrew was not pushy at all and all of the other people we talked to were very nice.

We worked with Dave and he was both informative, fair, and a good listener. We got the deal we wanted and are glad we tried a new Acura dealership- the entire process was easy at Hendrick Acura.

I was extremely impressed with the service we received from this dealership, especially since it was on a Sunday when when we stopped in. Todd and Lee went above and beyond making sure we were taken care of. They made buying our vehicle an easy decision. We had to make a second trip out to resign our contract and once again Todd exceeded our expectations. He put gas in our car knowing that this was an inconvenience and a long drive for us. I will be referring my friends and family to Todd for future purchases.

I chose to go to Hendrick Acura for their great selection I found on-line. Nick Hernandez was very professional and helpful from the moment I met him. The MDX I wanted had to be transferred in and Nick explained the whole process to me, then listened and addressed all my many questions, and made sure I understood the process. He stayed late to work with me and also communicated often through phone and text to touch base. When the vehicle arrived, Nick and the entire staff made sure the MDX was great and I was happy with it. Overall a great experience working with Nick, Lorie and everyone at Hendrick.
