Ibrahim and Monty provided us with an exceptional car buying experience. After being baited and switched at an Acura dealership in our hometown of Tulsa, Oklahoma, the nearest MDX in which we were interested was 250 miles away in Overland Park, Kansas. My wife had been communicating with Monty and told him we were on our way from Tulsa on Saturday, Sept. 15. When we arrived at at 3:30, the car was already detailed and fueled up. We took a test drive, inspected the car visually and two hours later we were driving our pre-owned 2018 MDX home to Tulsa. Five days later, we received several Acura branded promotional items that I, my wife and daughter each picked out from the parts department. Our understanding is that Ibrahim purchased these items on his own for us. Just another example of the exceptional service the Hendrick team provided us, even though it was something that wasn’t necessary. In short, I would refer friends and family in Tulsa to Hendrick Acura, and my wife and I would return to Hendrick again as well.

I've bought 7 cars in the last 10 years, this was by far the best dealership I've ever dealt with. The teamwork and professionalism was awesome. I drove 5 hours to get my new car they prepared everything for me from documents, car detailed and ready out front upon my arrival. My next car I would drive 20 hours just to go back to this awesome team!
