Diana was very accommodating here at the West Warwick location. She was patient and answered all our questions as well as let me drive several cars until I found one I was most happy with. Also, I enjoyed having a $500 off 4th of July coupon. All in all a good experience. Overall, they the sell the cars as is. The price on the car itself was not bad but the warranty was a little a pricey

My wife fell in love with one of their vehicles but her and I needed some time to arrange our finances and check in with our insurance provider. We called back two days later to come in and discuss payments. They informed us that due to Covid we would be unable to get an appointment until Monday and we agreed to a time. They informed us to complete credit check in order to have a better understanding of finance numbers and that there was no appointment to see the vehicle until we came in. Later on, we find out that the vehicle has been sold prior to our appointment and that they ran the credit score which diminishes my wife’s overal credit score by a few points. Needless to say we will not be returning to this location and will be taking our business elsewhere. I’m also considering contacting balise since used car genius is a start up from balise and may not be too thrilled to find out how they are treating their customers. Don’t let them waste your time!

I recently purchased a 2011 Honda CRV from Used Car Genius in Warwick and was very impressed with the overall service and process. Everyone was very knowledgeable and friendly, the facilities and car itself were impeccable and the experience was overall very smooth. Seriously recommend for anyone looking to purchase a used car.

I loved this experience. Being a mother of 3 with my busy schedule of being a Registered Nurse during this crazy time. I was worried about walking in by myself to purchase a used car. They were incredible, I did not have to go back and fourth trying to negotiate. It was like buying something at an Apple store.
