The buying process was a breeze. There was never any pressure to buy a vehicle and they were very willing to bring the vehicle we wanted from their thornton location so we could test drive it in an area we were more comfortable with. There was never any hidden fees and we felt like they were honest and fair with the information about our loan and the vehicle.

Getting any communication from this dealership is just frustrating! They owed my a detail on the car i purchased, they had it for almost 5 hours and when I got it back it there was still mud on the floor and the door handles were dirty plus multiple spots on the seats. If I could I would give the car back, you can’t even change your mind the next day, I can say find somewhere else to buy your car! Customer service is rude and not helpful at all ESPECIALLY MANAGEMENT. Definitely my biggest regret buying from this dealership
