DONT EVER BUY HERE

BASURA ITS SO BAD ITS HARAM BAD ASTAGFIRALLAH HARAM the customer service was trash couldn't even tell me the year of the car, made fun of my dead parents and even said "you can't finance a toaster" general manager said the only thing getting approved is your declaration of bankruptcy. they also tried selling me a bicycle at 144 months at 178% apr (I Didn't get approved). Please buy somewhere else.

WORST DEALERSHIP!!..... POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

STEVE ALZURAQI was rude over the phone, he lied and said that he sent the email over to me about what all i needed, after calling him back the next day i heard a beep letting me know i had an email steve had just sent the email the next day around 4pm clearly lying and was rude saying he sent it the day before, i've called the office back and left the manager a message still no response, the first email was asking what i had to put down on a car i responded right back and said $5k then still no response so i emailed steve a second time still no response that's when i called him, i'm telling u this man had to have went to work mad from problems from home or somewhere taking his frustration and anger out on me.... but i'm not done i will be filing a complaint and taking this matter further to a higher department, after emailing steve back his response was we wish u all the best!! well i wish him the best because after i rewind the tape he will be looking stupid........

Always take time to see what the Vehicle look like

I gave a2star because he would not go down on the car price. I was going to give him $10,000 in cash for the car. He wants $14,000.00 out the door. The picture on the Internet car price is $12,995.00. Car has a lot of sun damage. It's a sport car and it doesn't take off like a sport car. The car doesn't break like it should. I have pictures of the car and a video. The car has a lot of Serious beautiful Potential if the people fix few things. The sale person was very respectful I must say that. The picture they show on the internet of the car looks beautiful perfect 1000%.Once you look at the car in person you will see that the car needs work inside and out side ,it want be cheep. The car just needs really TLC!!

Fair prices and tons of selection

I had a great experience with Mo and AJ. If you go there looking for a Range Rover or a high-end Audi just know that no matter where you buy that car it's going to have problems. There's about $800 in fees, pretty standard at dealerships like this one. The prices ar quite a bit lower than CarMax and other dealerships, so just kind of factor that in and you're still getting a Fair Deal out the door.

No regrets and highly recommend them!

Everything went great with my purchase at this dealership. From the initial visit, follow up calls, pricing, paperwork and even follow up maintenance. I started my initial discussion with Lamond. He is THE best asset that dealership has going. He was kind, courteous and extremely patient and helpful. I couldn't have picked a better rep for them. There is ABSOLUTELY no pressure, but they are willing to show you anything you ask about. I knew when I was buying a used car it wasn't going to be PERFECT. I just wanted honesty and no intimidation. I couldn't be happier with my decision to buy from them. I would absolutely go back and would MOST definitely recommend them to anyone that asked.

No Thank you

Dishonest and car has various issues. 0 customers service, patching cars and lying above the condition was a issue. Consultant and finance guy who wouldn’t have options either. You have to work for them, then them showing you options. Ridiculous

Perfect Service

I bought a BMW 320i with 76k miles a month and a half ago and I've had zero issues with it. Customer service was great the salesmen all have friendly smiles and all my questions for the BMW were found online through DFW Auto's website with the free Carfaxx report.
