DO NOT BUY from this dealership!!! They screwed us on a vehicle with serious engine issues. There is no way they didn’t know!!!! They refuse to make it right. We contacted them immediately after purchasing! They are awful human beings!!!!! We begged for them to help us in any sort of way. We live pay check to pay check and now we are stuck paying for a vehicle we can’t use 😭 we are devastated. This really hurt us!

I strongly recommend that anyone considering purchasing a vehicle from DFW Auto and Service use extreme caution and have the vehicle thoroughly inspected by an independent mechanic before purchasing. We purchased a 2019 Audi Q7 from this dealership on July 28, 2026. Almost immediately after the purchase, the vehicle began experiencing a serious engine-oil problem. Within the first day, it indicated that engine oil service was needed, so we took it to Audi of Fort Worth. Shortly after the oil was serviced, the vehicle told us to add a quart of oil and then displayed a critical warning telling us to STOP the vehicle because the engine oil was critically low. Audi of Fort Worth had the vehicle towed in, confirmed it was physically low on oil, and serviced it again. After only approximately 400 more miles, the SAME critical low-oil warning returned. The Audi was towed back to Audi of Fort Worth and remains there. There is no apparent external oil leak, and we have now been advised that the vehicle appears to have an internal engine oil issue and that the engine should be replaced — an approximately $10,000 repair. We notified DFW Auto and Service of the problem within approximately ONE WEEK of purchasing the vehicle. What has made this experience even more frustrating is our attempt to resolve it with the dealership. We have made multiple attempts to contact them regarding this serious issue, and our subsequent calls and communications have gone unanswered. A vehicle developing an engine problem potentially requiring an approximately $10,000 engine replacement almost immediately after purchase is extremely concerning. Had we known about this condition before purchasing the vehicle, we would never have bought it. We have formally requested that DFW Auto and Service take the vehicle back and unwind the transaction. At this point, we are pursuing the appropriate consumer complaint channels because we have been unable to resolve the matter directly with the dealership. I will update this review if DFW Auto and Service chooses to respond and resolve this situation.

Never heard back from the dealership at all. Poor customer service for an interested customer who has paid cash and bought a car from here before. Disappointed.

This company has ripped me off. High down payment and in a short time the car quit. No helping with fixing it at all. Manager would not let me speak to owner. Problem not resolved. Asking for the owner because the manager said he could not give me my money back nor change cars if I wanted to. Help.

I was planning on buying a car from here but after reading the reviews I will STAY AWAY, my opinion is the 5-star reviews are fake, the staff are rude over the phone, people don't me lost in the lust of a nice looking car, its worth nothing when its faulty always remember if a deal is to good to be true, it probably is.

I am disabled and bought this car based on the glowing description of a car checked out by there mechanic and said to be in excelant condition. My opinion is that there mechanic or anymechanic checked this car out. Front brake rotors have deep grooves in them, transmission shifts wierd and makes noise, local mechanic noticed that the motor and transmission mounts are in very bad shape, also very concerned about transmission. Any mechanic who drove this car would not put it up for sale! DFW response to my concerns were Well you signed the paper "As is" do not by from these liars I will do what I can to make them pay

I have called numerous times and sent numerous inquiries about the 2017 ford f150 white gold king ranch since 15 December. It is now 24 January and I still haven’t received a text email or phone call about this vehicle. That is really bad customer service. Says a lot about your dealership and not good things
