Went to look at Grand Cherokee and worked with Salesman Ron Brown. Ron was great at explaining all of the features in the Jeep and how they work. I ended up buying the Jeep. I also worked with Dave Webb that made signing all of the paperwork easy. I recommend this dealership because everyone is laid back and friendly.

Great service visit. We knew this visit will take a couple of days. The service advisor had my loaner ready when I got there and the paperwork ready for my appointment as promised. He then kept me updated with status all along the way and made sure I felt comfortable with the updates.

The whole staff made the process fun and Mark helped work out a deal on a used car for me. He was knowledgable and honest. In the finance department, Ervin was patient and funny. I'm happy with my new car and recommend shopping with AL Piemonte!
