Al Piemonte Buick GMC

My car has been serviced there twice for the same issue (timing exchange). I have the extended warranty on my car and they were reluctant about paying for the same problem. I got a call from Tod that said my car was read but I would need a battery, He said something was draining the battery because it wouldn't start without a jump. I would need to buy a battery. Apparently there is still an issue with my car, I drove the car 1 block and it was knocking and shaking. I took it back to the dealer. I had no way home couldn't get a loaner because I didn't have my licence with me, The porter had to drive me home. Also I was told if I bought a new battery they would put it in free of charge. There is no way my car was test driven,

I expected a bit of a more organized process from start to finish. I walked out of the dealership with two things: A used car and a lot of questions. Things weren't adequately explained. They were actually quite rushed. In fact, in the middle of choosing my car, the salesman took several calls discussing other people's deals. It appeared to be a real juggle for him and it was a bit discomforting to experience. I felt more like a sale than a valued customer. Things were not very organized - in fact I had to sign two different contracts because the salesman changed SOMETHING on the first contract at the very last minute (what this something is, I don't know). The assistant tried her very best to keep us in the loop but it was not a success. Although I am satisfied with the vehicle in itself, I am more disappointed at the way it was acquired.

This is the best dealership I’ve ever been to and the first time I ever took the time to write a review on a dealership..Everyone was great and work together to get the job done but Adrian and JD are theeee beeeeeest! I would recommend this dealership to everyone I come across who need a reliable car!

Todd held my hand through the whole service experience. My vehicle was clean and the seat was left where I left it. The coffee machine is pretty cool too. Didnt have cream or sugar tho...weird

Todd always does a great job. He is friendly, efficient and very knowledgeable. I have great confidence in him and always request him when I need service. I miss the periodic dealer coupons that used to be sent from Howard Buick. Every little bit helps.
