Very pleasant , friendly and helpful sales man and sales manager. Would recommend friend to buy from Ethan. Only negative was person who was supposed to clean and detail truck didn't clean inside of truck. Very pleased over all

Usual dealership experience. Not amazing but not bad...

Usual dealership experience. Not amazing but not bad either. Only complaint I have is the technician did not clean the excess oil off of the subframe after the oil change was complete. This left some oil dripping in my driveway.

I recently visited this dealership to purchase a new...

I recently visited this dealership to purchase a new truck. The salesperson was nice but kept showing me trucks hat did not have the options I was searching for. We discussed a price before a trade, and he spoke to his manager and returned with a counter offer. We agreed and were ready to do the deal pending a reasonable trade offer. The manager can back with a price higher than the original agreed upon which also included my trade which was extremely low. He tried to say that we had never been given a price. So we left and I bought a truck the following day in Cary with great customer service. I do not recommend this Sanford dealership.

Not pleased with dealership. I sought online price and was penalized for using cash by $1000. Very unfriendly financial officer. Salesman was great. His supervisor when discussing problem simply say it is how we make money through financing.

Painless...as car buying should be

Long story short, Henry Harvey and Fernando Alvarado were a joy to work with. With satisfaction on both sides, stars aligned, and a deal was reached on the first salvo after the hard sell. The dealership was a pleasant atmosphere with a very clean setting, with new car smells wafting though the air, and friendly people like Colin who discussed EDC of wallets of all things. The whole experience was surprisingly good. Even the hand towel machine in the men’s room kept trying to give me another towel. I came from the Hope Mills/ Fayetteville area to do business and being the skeptic, my expectations were low but JHCDJR of Sanford rose to the situation as soon as I sat with Henry and his teammates. I even got a limited edition collector’s hat. Before I departed, Henry instructed me on how to use the various features on the vehicle and made sure I was ready to depart with a newly detailed vehicle and a full tank of gas. Thanks, guys and gals. Love the vehicle. You guys are my “go to”for a new vehicle and will let my “friends” know where to go.

Hiester Ram in Sanford is the total package . From sales to service and everything in between, Hiester Ram is a group of professionals that care about the customer. The sales department was so good, I purchased a new truck over the phone while living in Korea, it was ready to roll as soon as I landed in the USA. The service departments is so good, I drive the 35 miles from Fayetteville to get both my Ram and Jeep serviced. Outstanding and highly recommended!

I was very pleased with the car but very disappointed in the purchase process.. The salesmen and the female finance person acted very childish and played while customers waited. The only professional acting person was the Hispanic finance person..
