Awesome Customer Service best Honda dealer A1

Awesome people great service the best Honda dealer around and then the other Honda dealerships and got the runaround. This place was right to the point got me approved quick and fast.

Excellent Dealership

This was my first visit to Friendly Honda for service. All went well. Everyone was highly professional. I was told that it would take one hour and it did.

Over charge customers

Was my first visit. I had snow tires put on, mounted and balanced. It ended up being that 2 out of the 4 tires had leaks so I had to return to have them fixed. That was a mess to schedule (long story). The cost of the service is $30 more than a Honda dealer across town. During their multi-point inspection they determined that I needed both an engine and cabin filter replacement. I agreed to it and they charged me $35 in labor to put them in. If I had said no then they would have put the old ones back in for free because they had already pulled them out! I think that is taking advantage of customers, which I told the service manager. They charge $92 for those 2 filters. You can purchase them yourself for significantly cheaper. Thankfully I said no to the wiper blade they wanted to replace that I think works fine.

Excellent service

I dropped my car off my car for service and received a call a couple hours later that it was all set. The night drop off was quick and easy. Pick up was fast and friendly.

Very satisfied customer

I have taken my vehicle there twice, and both times, I was absolutely delighted. They honoured the extended warranty on my air-conditioner and replaced it absolutely free of charge. Add a later date, I brought my car in for inspection, and although it is an older car, they passed it immediately.

Friendly Honda I think is a great dealership with

They live up to their name

Nick and Susan were wonderful to work with. They were friendly and knowledgeable and went above and beyond for us. The car was delayed because of the current supply issues, they kept me up to date and were great.

Leasing experience

Joe at friendly honda did a great job helping me renew my lease. He gave me a competitive price with the options that were available. They also were very reachable by phone and text message to answer all of my questions. I will definitely be coming back here for my future honda leasing.
