We have both our Hondas serviced at Friendly, and without exception, we have been impressed with the professionalism of the all the Service Department staff. They invariably go out of their way to keep you updated and to complete the work in a timely, professional fashion. We also appreciate the free inspection which is done during every visit and provides a “heads up” regarding the condition of tires, brakes, battery, etc. Friendly has made us loyal customers!

What a great experience we had there on getting a car for

What a great experience we had there on getting a car for my daughter. When a sales person calls her father and says I want your daughter to be as safe as possible,that's a special person, not a sales person.You have a customer for life,thank you again.

Fantastic buying experience with them.

Fantastic buying experience with them. Joe Babcock let me know when a new vehicle came in. He was able to answer all of the questions I had about the vehicle. The purchase process was fast and easy with no high pressure from Joe or Ross Perretta. Joe went over all of the controls on the new car. I highly recommend Friendly Honda for purchasing a new vehicle.

This was the third service visit to this dealer.

This was the third service visit to this dealer. Service has been outstanding each time. Very friendly and thorough. Took the shuttle to and from the dealer with no problem. Would recommend Friendly Honda for service.

Staff is highly professional and friendly. Shane did a great job explaining what will be performed for the services pot, and followed up after service was completed with details. This is an exceptional Honda service dealership.

Horrific.

Horrific. Price gouging. Had to go back twice to get it done correctly. Never again. They kept recommending me to get different things serviced. I said no. Each time I went there they tried to encourage me to consider buying a new car. I felt they were very pushy. I said no. Ended up taking a car to a mechanic so they can assess if their recommendations were needed. The answer, no. The place was clean, so that was good. But the workers seemed thirsty for sales.
