They pick my plates and hold them for ransom because title for car I traded in is lost i ve never seen it but they don't care she call said ill send it to u never showed if they would have asked I'd filed for lost title but they more or less said I stole it I would have never treated poeple like this

RUN AWAY AS FAST AS YOU CAN!!!! Nothing but lying crooks! Long story short...They went through a finance company with 28.9%APR Without my permission, added my $3000 down payment instead of subtracting it...just to start. Corey, Nick, Jay, Kyle and Cesar are horrible!!! RUN........AWAY!!!!

If I could leave 0 stars then I would . I came In to look at a vehicle . They took my keys to do an appraisal and never gave them back . Had a funny feeling and wanted to leave . I kept telling them I wanted to go home and think about it . I was by myself and a hr away from home . Came in at 6 didn’t leave until 10:30 at night. I kept saying I want to go and think about it ,more and more ppl came over to talk to me . “The Big Boss “ kept telling me how he called the bank and got me this “favor “ what’s the problem?! . Goes to tell me how they’re taking a loss on selling me this vehicle (to sweeten the deal ). I told them my concerns and they promised they will fix whatever is wrong with the car . Like an idiot I trusted them and signed away . I asked several times for a service report of everything that was done to the vehicle prior to delivery . No one gave it to me .They sold me a car that didn’t even last a week . Call the bank to let them know the car is a lemon, come to find out the deal was not finalized!!!. . I asked for my original car back and they told me they sent it off to the auction. At this point I feel defeated .. literally screwed at this point which left me no choice but to get another one of their vehicle .. which I couldn’t take delivery that same day . I had to leave in a loaner because a new battery being installed “supposedly” .I reached out to them the next day to check the status of everything only to be told they’re working with other customers. The car finally get delivered and then boom “ check engine light comes on “ I’m thinking it’s because of the new battery . Goes to get a diagnostic test and the EVAP(The Evaporative Emission Control System)needs to be replaced , Cylinder #3 misfire , ac goes out smh . Less than a month owning the vehicle smh .All around bad experience. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE !!!!

Run, Don't Walk From This Terrible Dealership
My dad purchased many cars from this dealership over the years and was friends with the previous owner prior to the dealership being sold. He always bought new because he wanted to be the first to drive the new truck. He had problems with the last several purchases but was still loyal to the dealership. In 2022 his purchase was supposed to include certain options which he did not get. His 2023 purchase included a bedliner which he did not get and which he ultimately bought himself. When his health began to fail, he negotiated the sale of his truck back to the dealership with his salesperson Corey. Since he was in long term care, I completed the sale on his behalf. It is now over three months since this transaction was completed and dad has passed away. I still have not received acceptable payment for the sale of the truck despite jumping through many many hoops to obtain payment. Their demands always change, first I had to take off work and drive two hours to sign a document, and I was promised by Corey and his manager that I would receive a check that day. No check, additional documents to sign. Both Corey and the manager have departed the dealership and been replaced, and no one seems to be able to simply provide payment for the truck. As recently as last week, the manager told me they were not going to complete the purchase and were going to return the truck to me and I agreed to that. Within an hour, they again changed their mind. I advise anyone looking for a car to go elsewhere. These people have given me every runaround possible and made the most difficult time of my life even worse. Nothing related to my dad's passing has caused me as much stress as this transaction and I would not wish this on my worst enemy. All I wanted was to be treated fairly and that did not happen. Notice that all of their most recent reviews are terrible. Look elsewhere and find a dealership who will deal with you honestly and fairly, which this dealership will not.

They left us hanging, it didn’t bother them at all
We sold our car to them on a Saturday. No ne ever mentioned we was not getting paid the same day they bought our car. So we signed all paper work handed over title , he said we are done you can go now. I said well what about getting paid?? He said oh you can get check Monday. I said well that was the first I had been told that. I was not even given a receipt. So when I asked for one he printed out a bill of sale. I said that don’t say you have not paid me. He said well what do you want me to write in it. I said that you owe me money! So went around 9:30 Monday morning. Same guy said you can’t get check to later in day, I said no I am getting it now! He said paper work had to be done first, I said we did it all ready, he said come back around 1:00 or so, you can get your money them. I told him I wanted to speak to manager, he said I am the manager, I said I want to speak to your manager, he said you are still not getting your money this morning, so I though he walked off to get manager, 30 min. Later we were still sitting there. So I went to a office, a man came out, I told him we had been waiting 30 min. To speak to a manager, and he hasn’t showed . He said I am the manager. So I go through everything that we had been through. He said they couldn’t pay you on Saturday no one there to write a check. I said no body told us that! And now they don’t want to pay us and the guy didn’t even tell you we was sitting there waiting to talk to you! So the manager went and got our check. I don’t know who the real manager is. But when a customer ask to speak to one and you blow them off. What dose that say about your concern for your customer??? Never again!!! In the past we have purchased 3 vehicles, we want be going back!

They are nice initially, but they didn't tell me
They are nice initially, but they didn't tell me everything about the car, or the Carfax report. They were extremely pushy and tried to make me think they could sell it for a couple thousand more. They could not have!! I am a senior citizen and they also tried very hard to take advantage of me. I did buy the car, but I am still looking and in 6-8,9 months I plan to sell it and get something else. Do Not Recommend!!

Bait and switch
Bait and switch..... My husband was looking for a Camaro. Stopped by on Saturday, salesman said ,"give me your number and we will call you." A few days later, he received a voicemail saying we have a Camaro come after work. He went by after work...they asked for his keys to evaluate his car for a trade in value. Then they asked about a down payment amount and other financial questions. My husband then went out with the salesman to the parking lot to test drive the Camaro. They walked up to a Dodge Challenger. The salesman says this looks like a Camaro. And you guessed it. THERE WAS NOT A CAMARO ON THE PARKING LOT!!!!!!! THEN the car salesman in the back who had his keys (from getting the car value) would not give my husband's keys back, instead he continued to try all kinds of tactics to sale the Dodge Challenger. Finally after approximately dealing this dealership an hour and a half from beginning to end they finally stopped and gave him his keys. AND REMEMBER....THEY NEVER HAD A CAMARO.... Never again.... BAIT AND SWITCH!!!!!!!!!!!

Run away from any business that charges a 'Document
Run away from any business that charges a 'Document Storage Fee' for service work. Document storage is one of those air & water, basic elements of doing business. I run a service business and store documents for free. If they are charging for such a basic business process, how many other ways are they picking your pocket. It isn't about the few bucks, it is about the basic principle of business.

Worst place to purchase from!!!!
Worse dealership ever!!! We bought a Ford expedition from them, and we were promised so many things. They LIE!!!! They will not complete all the things they promise. My expedition has a rattle, and they will not fix the problem. They lies and said the car had never been in a wreck, and would not provide me with carfax until after purchase. It had been in one, that did cause front damage. The most shady dealership I have ever dealt with. The car might look good, but the place is awful!! Have recently reported to Action 9, to try to get something done with my car!!!
