I was so happy with my experience at Joe Rizza. The staff is so knowledgeable. As a woman sometimes buying a car can be overwhelming but the staff made me feel as ease and respected. I will always return to this dealer for any future purchases. What a great experience!

I used to take my car to the other location in Tinley...

I used to take my car to the other location in Tinley park. After service is done they used to wash my car.This location they don’t. Also the representative are not welcoming to the customers. The only advantage for this location is that closer to me.

Jim Thezan’s customer service and winning attitude not only made my car buying experience less stressful, but made it genuinely fun! His fair and straightforward way of doing business should be taught to new salesman and used for a model as an industry standard! This is a guy who cares about his customers and knows what he’s talking about! The entire staff in the showroom was friendly and helpful! Can’t say enough about these guys! Working with Bill & Josh at Joe Rizza Alfa is quite possibly the best car buying experience you can ask for. They are responsive, friendly, creative in working deals & best of all, love Alfa's. I came to them in a tough spot being significantly over in miles on my lease with several months to go. They were able to work out a deal taking my lease in on trade and I left with a new car and very little difference in payment. The best part was that we were able to work everything out via phone/email before stepping foot into the dealership. Once we were all in agreement, I stopped in to sign some papers, grab the car and was out in an hour. I couldn't have asked for more. If you want to purchase an Alfa or Maserati, these are your guys.
