Buying process was really simple. Mark Lawson was excellent and they let me make sure the vehicle was able to be towed behind my RV before purchasing. I have one issue with the radio so hopefully they will get that all worked out for me.

I had mark Lawson and he was great and very respectful....

I had mark Lawson and he was great and very respectful. He got me in one of my favorite cars and got me a great deal. If anyone got is fitz auto mall in Hagerstown Chevy go see him. Will go back and see him and his team when it’s time to buy again. The finance team blew it out the water and was very great all around. Definitely will go back.

After searching online we found the car we wanted. Our experience from the first call to make an appointment to the purchase of our new vehicle was nothing but top notch customer service. We are very excited about our purchase. Our salesman, Mark Lawson was very personal, pleasurable and he provided excellent service. Everyone that we came in contact with at this dealership we're the best! Special thanks to Gerald for listening to our Grandparent stories.. Mitch, we could see the smile clear through the mask, even while trying to change the subject.

I purchased a 2007 Pontiac Solstice from the dealership...

I purchased a 2007 Pontiac Solstice from the dealership to replace one we lost in an accident. I flew up today to inspect the car , before signing the final paperwork. I am extremely happy with the vehicle, as well as, my over all experience with the purchase. Mark Lawson was my salesperson and he did a great job from start to finish. Thanks again, Mark. Five stars!! Sales staff was great - Mark Lawson worked with my changing schedule for a test drive and steered me in the right direction. He was friendly and easy to work with. Very fair price for my trade-in. Better than I expected and done with no hassle. Fantastic business side paperwork work guy. Mike gave me the options for a warranty and was exactly what I wanted. Overall a great experience and the first time I’ve ever felt good about buying a new car. Thanks.
