Great Associate for a Difficult Customer

I have to say this was an amazing experience! Anthony McNutt was extremely professional and delightful as I know I am not always the easiest customer. I walked in knowing what I wanted without really knowing. He was extremely patient and showed me all of my options in both the vehicles I was considering, he really took the time to listen to what I was looking for, and then found it. He was professional and honest (which one doesn't tend to associate with car sales) He was empathetic and did not waste my time when working out details of the purchase. I truly appreciate all of his help when purchasing my brand new Kia Sorento we will definitely be back to Leith and Anthony for our next purchase in the coming months!

Best Salesman Ever!

I came in to KIA on a Thursday to do a trade in, little did I know I would leave here with not only a new car but a new friend as well. Mr. Sam Sims helped me find the perfect vehicle, not only that, he was kind and patient with me. He made my car purchasing experience a memorable with his humor and smart wit. I felt like he was apart of the family. Not to mention he helped me get a great deal on a 2015 Sorrento.

Great buying experience

We purchased the 2015 Kia Optima from Anthony Faison at Leith Kia. He was very informative and personable. He is going to spend more time with us explaining all the "bells and whistles" of our new car. I appreciated all his help. Anthony is an asset to the dealerships

Great Service !

From the Service Advisor to the technician it was an excellent experience. I was advised of any upcoming repairs I may need and my car was quickly serviced on the day of my appointment.

Awesome. Experience

The moment that we drove onto the car lot things became better and better. Our sales person Dean Schmude listened to our needs and wants. Dean made sure we saw Sorentos that had what we were looking for. He also showed us how to use the different features the crossover had. Even though my first choice became unavailable Dean searched the lot on his own and found a good fit for us. Our Sorento has all we could ask for and more. The feel and ride is great. Thanks Leith Kia for making us a part of your family.

Great Acura Service Team

Acura waiting area and check in for service are not in line with other dealerships I have had the pleasure of dealing with. Need a more welcoming area for checking in and out your vehicle. Cannot stand at the advisor's desk to check in without being crowded by other customers trying to enter area. Waiting area seems stuck in the 80's. Cold and clinical feeling.

Very friendly service.

Ordered my car before I left Afghanistan, and it was ready for pickup the day after I arrived home. Very nice and friendly staff. Easiest car buying experience ever......
