always had good service there, until this time. Can't remember the name. One is Arron on the front desk he is always very helpful but the other older man not so much. He is really not very helpful. I have had 4 different vehicles from them & always take my car back there for service but after this time might have to find somewhere else.

It was a low key sale. Morgan was great to work with. He explained everything and didn’t pressure us.

IT was a fast transaction. I had already did my research on the vehicle before I drove the two hundred plus miles to see it...Also was so sure I was going to buy the car that I brought my trailer to take it home.

All at the Leavenworth location haVe always been most courteous. I have been buying my vehicles, and having them serviced, from them for 20 years and wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Luxury And Imports is fantastic! I never felt pressured, They listened to my requests and questions. The dealership was VERY professional, no pressure and extremely easy to work with. We have used them several times for rentals and knew it could be trusted for buying a used car.

I have bought a car there before and was very pleased with it. The car yesterday was for my mother and stepdad. I didn’t think they cleaned the car out very well. When they put the spare tire back in it was upside down and not hooked up. When they got home the spare key had a dead battery and we had to drive back out to get it fixed. Then the next time they got into it there was a warning light for the tire pressure. The left front tire had too much air in it and I had to let some out and reset it. They had to wait a very long time to see the finance woman. They are 91 years old and they shouldn’t had to wait that long.

Had a van picked out, was wanting to trade in. Mogan low balled me. Pushed the offer across the table, told me to sign this. I asked what this number was for. $12,000 for my trade in. The banks value was $22,000. There is one for sale on the internet for $30,000. After 3 or 4 days trying to get an honest trade in value I asked to send the numbers in black and white for my husband to confirm the offer. Never heard back from them. Learned They sold the car. Not honest people.
