From appointment date it was a week before my truck was looked at; when work started the repair was very quick, it was complete with excellent results. The price was acceptable. Other than the lag to start I was impressed.

Took my jeep Cherokee trail hawk in for a recall and an oil change and they informed me of my tires being out of alignment which I already knew about. So it was good to know that they were not trying to jip me out of more money and just wanting my vehicle to be right. Oil change was a bit pricey though.
