The sales staff are very well trained.
The sales staff are very well trained. They do everything right there in the showroom. They show you many options for paying for the vehicle. They don't take you back to the Finance Department, they do everything right at the desk. The Service Department quickly handles any questions that you may have. They do require Service Appointments that are handles without a wait and you can schedule those appointments online. If you happen to come in without an appointment they may or may not be able to get your service done that day. The reason that I always use them for my service is that they do a multi-point inspection that will tell you if there are any other items you may want to have taken care of in the future.

Everything has gone well with the exception of the
Everything has gone well with the exception of the owner's manual, which is useless. Elderly people spend about 40K and get next to nothing in way of information about a new generation of vehicle, more electronics-driven than the traditional drive-train. Yes, the sales rep spent 10 minutes with us, but that was so high-level (it would probably have been adequate 10 or 15 years ago) that it didn't begin to address so many key, intricate items. Over the past couple of weeks we have downloaded a 250-page '26 Compass manual from MOPAR, and even this is proving to be at least somewhat inadequate. A friend has been able to help us, but only to a certain extent. This is all very disconcerting.
