I had a great car buying experience at Pacifico Mazda - this was my first car purchase in 15 years, so I was very nervous and hesitant. Dylan was kind, helpful and knowledgeable. Both Dylan and the team at Pacifico really took their time to help me find the right car.

Jason Oquendo lied to me about an engine problem with my

Jason Oquendo lied to me about an engine problem with my 2019 VW Atlas, he apprised it at 16,000 & I traded it same day to a toyota dealership for 19,500 and they did not find an “engine issue”. He was extremely unprofessional & when I was trying to speak to him about the trade in appraisal he kept talking over me to the point where he was almost yelling & insulted my intelligence on multiple occasions. Do not buy a car from him.

Emily was extremely helpful and attentive.

Emily was extremely helpful and attentive. She answered all of my questions and felt very trustworthy. I felt like I was in good hands with her. The finance rep was a little bit pushy
