Dirty bait and switch sales tactics. We came to look at a for escape and he told us its unsellable and tried to push us into a sedan. Told him I want an suv and told me they dont have any others at that price. I informed him they do and he went to look for it. After 30 minutes waiting he comes back saying someone has a deposit down on it. The jeep is still up for sale on their website. Likely to bait more people in just to scam them as well. *update* General manager called me and told me it is just my opinion that it was a bait and switch. then changed the story that the 2nd SUV was also unsellable that it also had a transmission issue. wouldn't even offer to match my budget for something they had that was in working condition to fix the stain they left on their own name. Even informed him another salesman told me that other salesman there tell little white lies to make the sale and he got defensive. either way if it was bait and switch or this dealer is that incompetent that they list cars without doing a thorough inspection 1st before listing them for sale instead of putting a (call for pricing) so the salesman can discuss the truck before a customer wastes their time driving there shows the level of care they take in their products and towards their name. Stay away from their used inventory!!!
