Very Good Experience, no pressure sales, the staff were welcoming and attentive. I the financial paperwork time was smooth and simple. I will share this experience. I kept saying to myself, "Did I just buy car?" My Husband & Son enjoyed the refreshments!!

I had an excellent experience. They gave me a very fair offer on my trade-in and were very easy to deal with on my purchase.

I am leaving a 1 star review only because I can't leave a '0'. Being 3 1/2 hours away from this dealership, I corresponded with Aaron O'donnell regarding a preowned truck they had for sale. We went back and forth via 12 emails with details of the sale, purchase price etc. I finished the correspondence with a personal phone call to Aaron confirming the purchase price and making arrangement to drive the 3 1/2 hours there to pick up the truck the next day. Halfway there the next morning Aaron calls me to tell me the truck was in a different location and was now priced $2000 higher!!!! I had to turn around and return home. He claimed he didn't know about this! Yesterday I emailed him back and forth, he verified to me that the truck was on the lot. It was all a sham!! The "bait and switch " tactic he used was unbelievable in this day. Customers BEWARE!! Don't buy here!!

Our salesman was Jose. He was so sweet and helpful, and understood we had a real need for a good vehicle within our budget. Everyone we dealt with was wonderful, especially when they found out my husband was born in Germany and they heard my mother in law's accent. We had a lot of fun with them and we love our car!

Having been very pleased when we used Hatfield for routine service on our 2013 Beetle, we included them when considering purchasing a new 2019 Beetle - the last year of production until VW reintroduces this iconic car probably in an electric version. We visited all three VW dealers in Columbus and Hatfield gave us the best trade-in on our 2013 car and the best price on a new vehicle. Not only that, they sourced the color Beetle we wanted from another dealer in Cincinnati and they had it 2 days later for us to test drive. No hassle, transparent sales talk, prompt follow up and proven service support - what more would you want in dealer? Maybe a VW cap?

The moment I submitted an online inquiry I had fast, detailed and accurate information without being bombarded by calls or pushed into a sales transaction. I was waiting for a car to be brought onto the lot and Glen was always great at keeping me updated and informed. He is also very personable and friendly which made my experience even more memorable.
