Steven, my salesman, was terrific, very personable!! I had previously selected a car online, negotiated the price as well as my trade in, thinking it would greatly expedite the in person car buying process. Then set up my appointment for test drive and final purchase. I was not doing any financing through the dealer also thinking that would help expedite the process. Sadly, even with all of the technology over the past 40 years since I bought the first now car, the car buying process is still a major time consuming pain in the butt. I was still there nearly 3 hours… yes, my salesman was terrific like I said earlier, but you then have to go to the document guys office then back to the salesman, then to another paperwork person, then back to the salesman… all with very long waiting periods in between. Mind you this is all with no financing… goodness knows how much longer that would take. One noted and only one noted improvement over the last 40 years… instead of signing a stack of paper with all these people, now you sign the electronic tablet 30 times or so… so less paper… I suppose that’s a win… lol

Ordered tires to be installed at 8am I was there at 7:45
Ordered tires to be installed at 8am I was there at 7:45 was told truck would be in Friday at 2:30. I would be called. Left three messages for Lewis Jones. Never returned a call. I will never return I guess my 700.00 sale was not important.

Terrible.
Terrible... Wouldn't budge on price of a truck that was over 10 years old and had damage to it, evidently wasn't looking for a sale!

This place must hire a service that buffs up their ratings, because there's no way they're really getting 4-5 stars. For the second time in 2 weeks, I was left on hold with the service department only to find out that they LEFT (knowing someone was on hold). The left before 6 when they supposedly close. I was on hold over 30 minutes both times. They did not call me about my car (brand new car, there for repair of a problem that shouldn't have happened) when they said they would, which is why I had to call in the first place. I later found out that the car has been ready, who knows how long. I also don't appreciate that their hold recording tells you repeatedly that you can leave a message, but in fact you cannot do so. Go to another dealer.

I emailed Germain Volkswagen TWICE asking for a manager to call me. So far, no one has. Maybe check your emails for customers who have made that request.
Nightmare! Run!
Sells was ok but after service care is a nightmare. They have fake mechanics that can't fix nothing. Horrible experience. I will never do business with them again. They sell cars with known issues and they don't disclose to the customer.

Austin was amazing! Everyone at the dealership is so friendly. I had to fly in from another state and they arranged transportation for me. The whole process was so easy! It’s refreshing to know there are still good people in the car business. Will definitely recommend GERMAIN VW to everyone I can!
