We are a returning customer from buying a new Kia Sorento back in 2004. We were looking for a new vechile. Steve Brown was very helpful and answered our questions and did not pressure us into buying anything. We ended up buying a Sorento SX and the Optima SX. Jaleon was great in getting us low interest rates and explaining everything to us as we went along the process. Both Steve and Jaleon were AWESOME and we will be back again time and time again.

I had a nice exsperience at this dealership, had been looking for the same vehicle at many other local dealerships, sadly they did not earn my business. Wanted to test drive the kia at another dealership, they made me drive the vehicle in an obstical course at there dealership, did not want to put miles on the car? I did not get a chance to see how the car/cars would perform on the open road, a new meaning to the term were Dealin.. I left, the next dealership was Hatfield Kia, and I drove around to see what supply the dealership had, important to have a choice and an assorative of colors and packages to choose from. Terry Mowder greated me with professionalism, and answered all of my questions and concerns about the kia model I was looking at and compared the sorento and the sportage, to give me a better idea of what would be functionable for my needs and my family. Thank you again Mr Terry Mowder for all the information Ive learned from you about the kia,and for being a professional sales person that cared what I wanted and did not try to sell me a vhehicle that I did not want. David is the greatest guy. You really feel like you've known him your whole life. I appreciated his kindness and help in purchasing my first new car. I had gone to two other dealerships that same day and was a nervous wreck due to the high pressure of the previous places. I felt played at the other places but felt taken care of with David.

this was the best car shopping experience i've ever had. i was very picky about what i wanted and had several obstacles in obtaining it but steve was very patient and continued to work with me until i was satisfied. i would recommend this dealership and espeacially him to everyone. i will definitely be back for future purchases.

Tim Neilson (hope I am spelling his last name correctly) was very good to work with. He was very accommodating to our 24 hour test drive request. He seemed to very honest with his answers to our questions. He honored our price agreement that we discussed over the emails. We live about an hour and 15 minutes West of columbus and we chose to do buisness at Hatfield Kia because we had a good rapport with Tim over the phone and through emails. Again, he come off as being honest and didn't pressure us at all.
