Purchased a vehicle from west hills Mazda. Derek Foster provided the best customer service I’ve ever experienced, it rivaled and surpassed 5 star hotels and restaurants. As far as car dealerships go, Mercedes and BMW would give a leg to have Mr Foster on their team. Derek is playing in a league of his own amongst Bremertonians.

Before I even get out of my car, Vincent was there to greet me. From the time I open the door to check in to the time, he walked me back out to my car to say have a good day. The experience was great.

As soon as my wife and I walked into the dealership, Brian was there with us from beginning to end. Our day started with Brian, pulling our selected Mazda into the showroom so we could walk around and inspect the vehicle out of the rain. Brian took his time going over some of the aspects of the vehicle. And after that we took a test drive. Again, Brian was right there explaining all the finer details and functionality of the car. When we return to the dealership, Brian and the Mazda team worked hard at getting the best price for us. At the end of the day, my wife and I were very happy not only with the final cost of the vehicle, but also with our experience with Brian and all the team at West Hills Mazda. And just before we drove off with our new car, Brian loaded up a brand new 65” Samsung Smart TV in the back. Our gift for purchasing a new vehicle that day. What a great experience.
