Brought my Q60 in to warranty faulty turbos that was
Brought my Q60 in to warranty faulty turbos that was leaking oil into my intake. Dealership warrantied the turbos but wanted to charge me $4k for cleaning the intake system which was caused by the faulty turbos. That service should be covered by the warranty due to faulty equipment installed on the vehicle.

We worked diligently on your behalf to get as much of the repair covered by the manufacturer's warranty as possible. The warranty policy is determined by INFINITI, not our dealership, and it outlines what is covered under the warranty and what isn't. In a good faith effort, we appealed the claim to INFINITI multiple times. In addition, we were able to reduce your out-of-pocket expense from the initial estimate of over $5,000 down to $3,500. We understand that this is still a significant amount, and we want to assure you that we did everything in our power as a dealership to make this repair as affordable for you as possible.
